If Blackwell missing ROPs were a quality control issue we should have seen a card missing 16 at some point. nVidia knew its customer base and market condition were not going to cause many returns and shipped them accordingly.

just undervolted another Zbook G3 and values were very similar to those shown here - too bad intel tied CPU and CACHE with Kaby Lake onwards. They were decoupled again for 11th gen Rocket Lake - not sure about 10th gen Ice Lake
