Hyundai EXTER updated, prices start at ₹5.79 lakh
Hyundai Motor India Limited has rolled out an update for the Hyundai Exter, introducing changes across design, features, interior and safety.
The update includes revised exterior elements, new alloy wheels, and additional cosmetic detailing. Inside, the EXTER now gets a dual-tone cabin theme, updated upholstery, and features like a dashcam, wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, and rear Type-C charging.
Hyundai also highlights segment claims such as tallest height and longest wheelbase, aimed at improving cabin space.
Safety updates include 6 airbags, ESC and Hill Start Assist as standard, with over 45 safety features listed overall.
The EXTER continues with the same 1.2L petrol and CNG powertrain options, including the dual-cylinder CNG setup.
Prices range from ₹5.79 lakh to ₹9.41 lakh (ex-showroom).
This update focuses primarily on feature additions and cosmetic revisions rather than mechanical changes.

TVS Motor Company has introduced the TVS Orbiter V1, expanding its electric scooter portfolio with a more accessible entry point for urban commuters.
Powered by a 1.8 kWh battery, the Orbiter V1 offers a claimed IDC range of 86 km and supports 0–80% charging in around 2 hours 20 minutes.
Under the newly introduced Battery-As-A-Service (BaaS) model, the scooter is priced from ₹49,999 (ex-showroom Delhi) with battery subscription plans starting at ₹862 per month. Customers who prefer full ownership can purchase the scooter at ₹84,500 (ex-showroom Delhi).
From our review last month, we found the Orbiter to be a practical scooter for everyday use, thanks to its generous storage space, comfortable riding dynamics, and a light-weight stance that makes it easy to ride in city traffic.
Other highlights include 34L under-seat storage, connected features, regenerative braking, and multiple ride modes.
