Then, I study pet owner behavior. Because when someone is booking a service for their pet, they’re making an emotional decision, not just a transactional one.

Next, I map the entire booking journey, from first click to confirmation, removing friction at every step.

Finally, I design for trust and simplicity. Clear messaging, reassuring visuals, and intuitive flows matter more than anything flashy.

Good design isn’t about making things look good.

It’s about making people feel confident, comfortable, and ready to take action.
