For the first time in the world, doctors are using alpha radiation technology to treat patients with recurrent glioblastoma - one of the most aggressive and treatment-resistant brain tumors known to medicine. The pioneering procedure is being performed at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem using Alpha DaRT technology, developed in Israel.

The technology delivers highly targeted alpha radiation directly into the tumor, minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissue. A 77-year-old man who had already undergone surgery, radiation, and drug treatments became the first patient in Israel to receive the new treatment. The study is currently examining feasibility and safety, with clinical efficacy trials to follow. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ”ฌ

Since the October 2025 ceasefire, Israel has facilitated an unprecedented flow of humanitarian aid into Gaza - and the numbers tell a story the world has largely ignored. More than 2 million tons of food have entered the Strip, with food prices dropping 72% since the ceasefire began.

Approximately 600 trucks enter Gaza every day, with 41 international bakeries now producing over 3 million pita breads daily. More than 70,000 cubic meters of water are supplied every day - over 60 liters per person - through four operational water pipelines, three of which carry water directly from Israel. The number of hospital beds has increased by more than 50%, with over 21,000 tons of medical equipment delivered since the ceasefire.

According to the IDF, the volume of aid entering Gaza significantly exceeds the humanitarian needs as defined by UN agencies and international organizations. Yet terror group Hamas remains the primary obstacle to further improvement - interfering with humanitarian operations, exploiting civilian infrastructure, and attempting to smuggle prohibited items under the cover of aid deliveries. The famine narrative was always a lie. The numbers prove it.

It's simple: a lie repeated many times is still a lie.

A horrific conflict is not the same thing as a genocide.

And who benefits from this big lie? Hamas - the genocidal terrorists who treat Palestinian civilians as "necessary sacrifices" in a forever war to destroy Israel.

On August 10, a 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck Colombia. By Friday, an Israeli IDF delegation was already on the ground in Cali.

Major (Res.) Ilil Comay-Dror, described a mission built around three goals: search and rescue, structural assessment of damaged buildings, and long-term community resilience - drawing on lessons from previous Israeli missions including Venezuela.

At one site, the delegation worked alongside a local hospital, helping staff manage the disaster response, locate survivors, and coordinate between rescue teams and families. When local teams didn't know where to dig, Israeli engineers guided them. The next day, the Colombians called back - they needed them again.

The reception from locals was overwhelming. Community members gave the Israeli delegation pins and hats as tokens of gratitude. "Most reactions were very heartwarming," she said. "They were happy to see us and knew we wanted to help."

Even in the midst of war, Israel shows up for the world. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ด

๐ŸšจBREAKING: More than 44 years after he disappeared in battle, the remains of IDF soldier Yehuda Katz have finally come home.

In June 1982, just ten days before the end of his military service, he went into battle at Sultan Yaakov during the First Lebanon War. On June 11, 1982, only hours before a ceasefire was declared, Yehuda went missing alongside fellow soldiers Sgt. First Class Zachary Baumel and Sgt. First Class Zvi Feldman.

In 2019, after 37 long years, the remains of Zachary Baumel were brought home. In 2025, after 43 years, Zvi Feldman finally returned as well. And now, after 44 years, Yehuda has come home too thanks to a special mission conducted by the IDF and the Mossad. Today, Yehuda Katz can finally be laid to rest in Israel.

May his memory be a blessing. ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ
