Whoops, I just realized I completely forgot to share the finished animated pilot I was so excited about... you know, the one I teased and then apparently wandered off without ever mentioning again.
Last year, my partner and I teamed up with the incredibly talented Smiley Guy Studio in Toronto (Corner Gas Animated, Odd Job Jack) to bring it to life. We wrote the script, voiced every character, and wrote a brand-new song. Then, in what can only be described as a questionable life decision, I also took on all the random sound effects and incidental music myself.
It was a ridiculous amount of work, but also one of the most fun creative projects we've ever tackled.
Hope you enjoy it! If you have a kid in your family, they're probably the target audience... but if you've been following me since the old YouTube days, hopefully there's something in here for you too.

This one pushed my vocal cords to the brink. Lots of growls, screams, and chaos. Totally worth it. Ninja Gaiden 4 drops October 20 on PS5, Xbox, and Steam. Just unearthed a song I wrote 12 years ago called "Hip Chicks on Vintage Bikes." It felt relevant at the time. Gimme some suggestions on what it would be called today.
