I’m Brenna Huckaby, a Paralympic snowboarder, mom, and someone who’s always questioning what it means to live a meaningful, unapologetic life.

Welcome to my channel 💓

Here, you’ll find a mix of sports content like my training and Paralympic prep, personal moments like mom life and navigating the world with a prosthetic leg, and reflections on self-worth, resilience, and being human.

I’m here to explore and express, not to go viral. If it resonates with you, stick around. If not, I’ll still be here, documenting the ride one honest episode at a time.

Just scheduled my next video for tomorrow at 12pm MT!
It’s been a while since I’ve posted here, and honestly? I finally feel aligned with why I’m on YouTube.

For me, this platform is about building connection and community in a space where I don’t have to fight for views or chase the algorithm for virality. YouTube is where we chat, connect, stream of consciousness it, FaceTime vibe it, and just exist: fully and completely as we are.

I can’t promise perfectly curated, organized content. But I can promise that what you get is me; unfiltered, like we’re old friends catching up. Because that’s how I create these videos.

With that said, I’ll need your interaction. As much as I love a good monologue moment at home, I’m really here to build something enjoyable with you.

Right now, the way I’m thinking about these videos is this:

We’ll talk about what’s happening in my training as I prep for Milan-Cortina: less like a technical recap and more about how sport fits into and reflects real life.

For example, tomorrow’s video is about how working with my dietitian made me completely unlearn how I was consuming nutrition advice online. I thought I knew so much from social media… turns out I didn’t know jack sh*t, because none of it was relevant to me.

I’ll also share what’s going on in my personal life, because let’s be real, other platforms have stripped the humanity out of creators by forcing us to niche down so hard. I’ve always resisted that. But here, I unapologetically share the real stuff. Like tomorrow, I’m talking about how my prosthetic leg no longer fits because I’ve put on muscle—and the pain and process that come with that.

And lastly: my favorite category: intentional living. These chats won’t be “do this” advice drops. It’s more about musing, wondering, and exploring how self help and philosophical concepts apply to real life. It’s the messy middle, not the perfect answer. And yes, sometimes I will share what’s working for me, too.

If you end up loving the more reflective part of these videos, I’ll also be dropping podcast episodes that go even deeper. Because I can’t live in the unknown, I need to understand things (annoyingly), and the podcast is where I unshamefully take time to dig into those ideas and share what I’m learning.

What sparked all this? I got tired of feeling like my online life didn’t fully show the whole me.
This is my “zone of genius,” if you will. These are the things that light me up. These are the things I talk about with my close friends, and now, I want to talk about them with you.

Because the internet is forever, and I want to show up here exactly as I am. I don’t think I’m someone who needs to be filtered down or suppressed.

Whew, that was a long post...but I’m so excited to be here with you!!
