不正に登録された音源に対して、Believe Music側が削除要請に応じたとのことです。
YouTube動画に対する著作権の申し立ては全て取り下げ済みで、今後は問題なくBGMを使用できるとのことです。

Instagramで、しゃろうのBGMを使用した動画が中国・アフリカなどの一部地域にてブロックされてしまうことがあるようです。
これはMeta社側の仕様変更に伴う通知とのことで、楽曲が使えなくなったわけではありません。
Instagramの通知メールから「異議申し立て」をすることで、当該地域での公開をすぐに再開できます。
通知では「動画が削除されました」などと書かれていますが、実際はInstagram音楽スタンプなどの機能の提供対象外地域にて（一時的に）動画の閲覧ができなくなる旨の連絡とのことです。
お手数をおかけして申し訳ございませんが、必要に応じて異議申し立てのほどよろしくお願いいたします。
（なお、ブロックされるのは主に中国・アフリカ地域等で、日本国内などでは異議申し立てを行わなくとも引き続き閲覧可能とのことです。）

It seems that videos on Instagram that use Sharou's background music may be blocked in some regions such as China and Africa.
This is a notification due to a specification change on Meta's side, and does not mean that the music is no longer available.
You can immediately resume publication in the region in question by "Appeal" from the Instagram notification email.
Although the notification states that the "Your Video Has Been Removed," it is actually a notification that the video will be (temporarily) unavailable in regions that are not covered by Instagram music stamps and other features.
I apologize for the inconvenience, but please feel free to file an objection if necessary.
