Im sooo happy to be eating maintance now😫. Fpr yall that dont know i was on a Extreme! cut eating 1300 call a day according to my stats. instead of 1500. And following my micros. So now im back on maintance 2400 cal and follwing my micros. Feels sooooooo goood and it was worth it. Im at my happy weight. Eventually i will start my slow bulk. So i can put some more gains on. But i want to see how my maintance goes first. . But omg such a relief . No more food on my mind. Satsified . Shout out to the ones losing weight or just body fat. I wouldnt recomand a extreme cut. Its hell. Slow cut is way better and more maintainable. Especially for you who have a long way to go.

Back to the reactions soon. Exiting Brazil has been a headache . But looking the good side least I get to see another country on my way to my next destination. Country didn’t even know existed! i have not forgotten about this channel and what I said I was going to do with this channel.
BUT as you can imagine running two channels is A LOT of work. especially when you edit like me. at the moment I am putting things in place to help me manage all 3! of my channels with ease. and hopefully, by next week ill be on a regular upload schedule.
