Why is designing for yourself the hardest brief ever?

Finally, after a long run of "I'll start it this weekend" and a healthy dose of procrastination, I’ve actually opened a canvas for my own portfolio.

I’ve spent years building interfaces and brands for everyone else, but when it comes to my own work? Suddenly, I’m questioning every font choice and wondering if "Portfolio" should be 2px to the left.

It’s hard. The research, the curation, the "how do I summarize my soul in a grid?" struggle is real. This is just the first slide, and I’m already 90% sure I’ll change the layout tomorrow, but progress is progress!
