Haricharan is a Singer, Musician and Live performer based in India. Based in the city of Chennai, he has been active since 2004 in various Genres of Music. Started off as a Classical music Vocalist and then went to be featured in more than 2500 songs in various Motion picture Soundtracks in Tamil, telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. He is also an active member in various Performing bands across India and Abroad. An avid Traveller and an explorer. An engineer and a masters in Business, he always like to find new frontiers combining music and Tech.

Celebrating 20 years of living the dream! ✨ It all started with a childhood wish and the impossible goal of singing for the Maestro, Ilaiyaraaja sir.

That dream came true with "Kodi Katti Koduthalum" from the film 'Sathyan.' I’ll never forget the magic of that first recording session, feeling the weight of the moment and then the pure joy as Rajaa sir hummed the tune. It was a surreal moment I’ll cherish forever.

Two decades later, I’m so grateful to have shared many stages with the legend himself, and now, I’m honored to be releasing a special cover of one of his masterpieces, "Nalam Vazha," a song that’s incredibly close to my heart. It's also a wonderful coincidence that this release coincides with Rajaa sir's 50-year celebration in the industry, and I'm grateful to have been a small part of that incredible journey.
