I hate talking about The Adventures of Duane + Brando, but lately this crap 💩 is right in front of me because someone named Duane decided to come back online and try and stir up some drama. I want to address this.
Duane wants me to remove "his" music from the internet.
The thing Duane doesn't understand and the thing Duane will never understand is that as soon as you release music, it belongs to the FANS.
Back in 2009, he also demanded I take down all those youtube videos. He said he didnt need me. I was like "ok then" and in all my haste and anger, I deleted all those videos that had millions of views.
This only resulted in people attacking me for removing their favorite videos. It didn't prove anything. It only pissed people off. Understandable.
So when his shifty scrub ass comes back in 2025 like he has been frozen ⛄️ in time after ghosting 👻 everyone for years and dodging accountability and wants to act entitled and demanding that I take down "his" music, all I can do is laugh 🤣 and say uhhhh no. 🙃 Especially after not being reasonable or even nice about it. Even if he were, the answer would still be no.
Sending me 150+ emails full of hatred, and then commenting a bunch of transphobic garbage on youtube is not the way to deal with the fact you are featured in songs that have millions of views for a project you are no longer a part of. Those videos are there for the fans. They are there as an archive. I pay to keep these tracks online for the fans. Dont get me wrong, I am 💯 over D&B, this man has ruined the project for me tenfold. It is a dead project. But it would be seriously wrong to remove something that has been such a huge part of everyone's childhood. Those videos and those songs aren't mine to remove. They belong to you, the fans.
That said, I have been moving forward musically. I am working on The Dork World with Kirby Pufocia of Metroid Metal / Minibosses fame. 🔥 We are doing some super heavy stuff lately, getting back to our roots. Keep on rollin baby.
Duane, if you are a musician... if this is your legacy to be a rapper... release some shit then. 🤡 Stop making it my problem. Move on the same as I did. I'm not here trying to keep D&B alive. Move on. Move forward. Do new shit. Get off drugs and wash ur face. Idk. Idc. I'm over it.
