Hi and welcome to my channel.
I began my channel in August 2021 for Christians, positive activists, and anyone seeking supportive healing and change. I have worked with many university and seminary students at Princeton University and Asbury Theological Seminary. I've also pastored a multi-ethnic church in New York, founded the Soul2Soul Radio network, interviewed hundreds of Christian artists, authored six books, and spoken to more than 100,000 people in churches, conferences (National Religious Broadcasters, Gospel Music Association) and on university campuses like Princeton University, Taylor University, Anderson University, Penn State University, and Asbury Theological Seminary.
I hold a Doctorate from Baylor University, and with my wife, novelist, Christa Parrish, I operate an online retail store buying artisan goods at a living wage and donating 100% of net profits to charities. You can find us at Narratology.gives

Barna's most recent The State of Pastors found: One-third have considered quitting in the last year.
- 60 percent had significantly doubted their calling.
- 25 percent said they’d seriously doubted their faith.
- Nearly one in five senior pastors in the U.S. (18%) say they have contemplated self-harm or suicide within the past year.
Ministry burnout must be addressed. Dr. David Gray, Chris Clark, and I have designed the Pastor Take Care conference to help ministers navigate ministry burnout with teaching and breakout sessions within a supportive, grace-filled community.

I'm teaching university students this weekend at an interfaith winter retreat at Silver bay. Incredible young people! I hope to get a group photo tonight and maybe I'll post it here. The first night we talked about finding your purpose. Last night, we discussed how it's important to have real friends.
