Taking inspiration from some of the well known (New South Wales) Australian based lawn care YouTubers (Nathan,Tim, Sean) and international star SB Mowing, whom I have watched and admired for years plus some pushing from my kids I’ve finally taken the plunge to start my own channel. The aim is to eventually be able to offer a once a week free Mark Mows Monday for people in need, in the greater Brisbane (Queensland, Australia) area.
With my trusty offsider (Robbie) and Ute full of tools we currently offer gardening services to the Southside of Brisbane. We have been a team for nearly 20 years. Hopefully as we become more relaxed on camera our friendship, humour and relaxed caring nature will start to shine through.

🌱 Coming Tomorrow at 10PM (Brisbane Time): A Very Special Free Mow 🌱
While out doing our regular rounds, we met a local service provider who follows the channel. They told us about one of their clients—an elderly man with a disability who needs full-time support—and said no one else was willing to help.
That’s all we needed to hear. We jumped in the ute and headed straight over.
The yard was overgrown and thick, but it wasn’t the grass that stuck with us—it was him.
A kind, gentle soul whose smile lit up the entire block.
As we mowed, he watched on with joy. By the end, his carers told us he took a slow stroll around the yard, did a little happy dance, and absolutely glowed. That moment is why we do what we do. 💚
And massive shoutout to the neighbour who saved us a trip to the dump by taking all the green waste for their garden. Community at its best.

We kept driving past this forgotten yard... until today.
The grass was nearly as tall as me. An elderly man slowly stepped out, leaned on his cane, and said:
“I used to love this little yard. Now I just feel ashamed.”
So we cleaned it up — completely free, COME CHECK OUT THE FULL TRANSFORMATION!!!!
