What did you do this weekend?
Me teaching others how bad workmanship leads to unnecessary work thus removing render that had blown from a house and finding many reasons why it had blown from previous bodged jobs which included
1> using 5mm ply wood as sofit and fascia board
2> blocked gutters
3> down pipes not connected
4> poor construction
5> using the wrong materials
6> failing to install xpamet mesh
7> putting wooden blocks under soil pipe brackets exposed to elements
8> burying downpipe brackets inside the render making downpipe to close to wall
9> allowing ivy to grow over the render pulling it away from the wall
10> crumbling bricks which had not been prepared prior to rendering
Don't accept bad workmanship or bodge jobs they only lead to more work in future

BEFORE and AFTER. removing old plant air conditioning units heaters copper pipe and armoured cable so we can get the flat roof replaced.
Guess how many hours and how many people this took to remove.

Overhang what overhang 🤣🤣🤣 Being put through my paces for climbing competency practical test next week and yes I did manage one of the overhangs at grade 5C climb before fatigue set in after 2 hours climbing.
Where do you recommend climbing? Personally enjoy the Peaks

OMG havent seen these in years. NO not the fan. Polystrene ceiling tilings. In a fire if the toxic smoke didnt kill you the dripping molten liquid certainly left you scars to remember.
First thing to go in the property refurbishment.
