As most of you know, my full focus is back on training now with a clear goal 👊🇫🇷

A few weeks ago, though, we headed down to London for some media around The Inner Game podcast. We met some great people along the way, including Jamie Laing and Joe Marler, and decided to film the trip to give you a bit of behind-the-scenes access to what those days look like for me.

You’ll also get to meet a few more of the team and see some of what goes on away from the gym.

The podcast was actually filmed back in February while I was recovering from my injury, and I genuinely really enjoyed the conversations. It’s something a bit different to the usual MMA content focused on mindset, mentality, resilience and performance with some incredible guests from different walks of life.

Had a lot of fun filming this one with ‪@JoeFazer‬ .
He came in with absolutely no MMA experience, so we put him through 24 hours of training to see if he could step into the cage with me at the end of it.

It’s a bit different from our usual videos, but hopefully it’s entertaining and also gives anyone who’s new to MMA a better understanding of some of the fundamentals and what it takes when you’re starting out.

Whether you’re looking to get into the sport yourself or just want to learn a bit more about it, hopefully there’s something in there for you.

Thanks for all the support recently. Lots to come throughout June as I begin full-contact training again and continue building towards what’s next.

Big night of boxing tonight in Egypt 👊

Wishing my mate Rico Verhoeven all the very best of luck. Always backing him and looking forward to watching him do his thing. Huge respect to everyone on the card too. It’s a great night of fights put together by Matchroom 🔥
