A few days ago I had a life-changing insight:

My dad would’ve been 75 today.
For most of my life, I thought my sense of security was tied to him — his presence, his strength, just knowing he was there.

But the truth was that even when he was alive, I sometimes felt insecure, and now that he’s gone, I still sometimes feel secure. And sometimes not.

It pointed me to something deeper:

Our sense of security doesn’t come from other people.
It doesn’t come from our circumstances.
It comes from within—moment to moment—through Thought.

If you’ve ever felt insecure or like the ground’s been pulled out from under you, I hope this points you back to the truth within you, waiting to be revealed.

🔥 Emotions are not a problem.

What if they never were?

That’s my reality now.

But it wasn’t always.

I used to feel anxious, burnt out, and at times so low I couldn’t see a way out.
I genuinely didn’t want to be here.

But all of that—every spiral, every dark day—was made of thought.
And when I saw that… everything changed.

I didn’t “fix” myself.
I remembered who I was.

5 weeks.
8 countries.
18 shows.
Planes, trains, and automobiles.
New cities, new stories, new stickers for the suitcase.
Highs, lows, and the magic of live music every night. ✨

I’m deeply grateful to Hugh, Pat, Phil, Paul, the crew and every single one of you who came along for the ride. 🙏

As I see it, touring is always a chance to see the world, but more than that, it’s a mirror—
Wherever you go, you meet yourself again and again.
And if you’re lucky, you see something deeper.

This tour, something unexpected happened:

In hotel rooms, backstage, on long bus rides, I followed an impulse to create something new, and what emerged was a course called Back to Clarity—born straight from what’s kept me grounded through years of music, anxiety, burnout, and bouncing back.
