IT'S MY BIRTHDAY TODAY! 🎉🎂

I'm finally +1 once again, and It's a bittersweet feeling this time around.

3 years ago, when I got into this digital space, I had to make myself seem really older than I am, just so people could feel safe and okay striking business deals with me.

I had a giraffe as my profile picture for almost 2 years 😂😅, avoided posting my pictures anywhere on WhatsApp, and did businesses that were kinda meant for grown a** 30yo+ married men.

It worked for me though. Grown-up businessmen communicated with me as one of them, referred clients to me, and bought my services.

3 years have gone by.

Now, I feel old..

Like I am aging really fast..

There's this overwhelming feeling that time is running out, and that I just might wake up tomorrow as a 33yo grumpy Man with a wife, 2 kids, and a hella lot of responsibilities.

It’s a fleeting feeling, but whenever it resurfaces, it leaves me with a deep sense that I haven’t accomplished enough yet..

"Michael, you are slacking badly.. Wake Up!!"

I'd muse for a while, then shake it off.. But this distant voice is never truly silent..
I think my fear of not achieving greatness greatly outweighs my fear of death.

I'm ranting, right?
Forgive me if this is too long.

I'm leaving this post here as a memoir.. I'd probably read it again 10 years from now.

For now, I'll just wish myself a happy birthday.

2024 was a fantastic year for me- probably my best year yet. I met amazing people, hit different personal goals and became a much better version of myself.

So, here's to even better years ahead. 🍷
