The Marketer's Secret Toolbox
I turned my Facebook Marketplace into a website and used it to help sell a fixer-upper home in a down market.
This goes AGAINST most SEO advice real estate agents are taught, and I still have no way of telling what traffic came from my efforts. But I can tell you what happened:
👉 8 offers
👉 Sold for 11.1% above asking (and that's not even the best offer!)
Here's what my agent told me:
⭐️ "I've had the busiest open house day in years. I'm very happy about it."
⭐️ "The traffic during the for-sale week was quite a bit bigger than other listings I've had in recent history."

Ad 2: "To the men over 50 who don't know how to use AI"
OK...who is this target avatar really? Is he 40? Or is he 50? Or...is he "openly 50" and he just happens to be 40?

35 secs is...an oddly specific time. But that's not what's CURSED about this infamous YouTube and Instagram ad.

The Marketer's Secret Toolbox
Hey there. You may've noticed the recent delay in videos. I've had a death in the family, and the situation is...complex.
Several already-edited videos are in the queue. It may be a few days to a week or more before they come out. Having said that, they are awesome. Quick hint: If you're a non-profit, you can use one of these videos to kick some ass and find funding in much less time.
Speaking of non-profits: This is Ernie Manouse, Emmy-winning TV producer & host and a Houston favorite. He and I met at a nonprofit consultancy's swanky 40th anniversary gala. We were in talks about introducing his audience to generative AI -- and simplifying it for them. Looking forward to what comes next!

First: new subscribers, WELCOME to the channel! Many thanks to each and every one of you who've supported my work, taken action or even simply benefitted from my content.
Second: you may've seen my latest video, "AI Designs PERFECT Pages in 10 Minutes?", where I show a genius AI SWAT team that does that. Webinar audiences have often asked me -- "how is this different than ChatGPT"?
The answer is -- yes, it has 30 years of insights from thousands of marketing split tests -- but words don't mean much. I believe in showing, not telling.
So to answer this question once and for all, I've challenged ChatGPT 4o to a showdown with this genius marketing & copywriting AI.
In this less than 15-minute showdown, you're going to see:
- A race between two wordsmiths to create the best landing page
- Watch both go step-by-step through the 8 elements of a landing page based on a proven architecture
- Watch me challenge both tools to give the reasons & sources for their advice (the answers may shock you!)
Come, bring your popcorn and join the showdown with me:

"Wow! I learned a lot today. Even I had no idea how a lot of this equipment worked. Thank you so much for using it all!"
That's what the librarian said as I walked out of the digital media lab. He smiled, and so did I.
This is a Teac all-in-one stereo with record player, cassette deck, CD burner and USB output belonging to the local library. They let patrons use it to digitize their records.
The librarian is responsible for teaching you how to use this & the other equipment digitize analogue media, produce music & art, etc.
That said, although he's seen people using the cassette deck, he's never seen people using the turntable, so he didn't know how to teach people to use it—other than plugging in the USB cable and firing up GarageBand.
This being my first time here, of course you gotta test out all the equipment and see how it works (and if it even works).
The librarian is kind enough to loan me a fragile 78 rpm record from the Friends store downstairs.
I power on the Teac, press the "Phono" button to enable the turntable, set the speed to 78, lift the tonearm, drop the needle, hit record, and turn the volume UP.
"Woah! I've never seen the turntable working before. Good job!"
And the dude was bobbing his head to the hits of 1929, "College Medley Foxtrot" by Guy Lombardo and His Royal Canadians—great early electric recording reproduced with glorious full bass.
Think about it, the simplest turntable you could possibly use. No fumbling with weights, dials or any sort of alignment. *Everything* is integrated and ready to use. And yet his jaw dropped as I moved the arm over the first grooves and the platter started spinning. He didn't know the steps to run it up to then.
It felt like nothing, but underneath all that seeming simplicity it's not. Despite the vinyl renaissance I've got this feeling most kids don't appreciate how to handle the equipment before them.
At that moment I realized I was unknowingly passing a skill to someone. A service provider, who teaches people to use the equipment. And now he's got one more thing to teach.
I've been handling turntables and records since 2006-07 when my parents introduced me to the hobby. *They* were using vinyl in its 20th century heyday. They taught me how to handle records and keep them in good condition so they could sound great for generations. Naturally, with nearly 2 decades of continuous practice and experience, you get to know stuff.
I've enjoyed my wax on quality vintage hi-fi Akai, Dual and Technics turntables. But when we get TOO much into the nitty-gritty of the hobby, the fine details, sometimes we take our skills and knowledge for granted. We lose track of the fact that people are new to record playback and need all the education they can get.
The dude's eyes lit up that very moment. He learned it better by seeing me use it in-person rather than chit-chatting in internet noise, where a lot of the advice around record playback is contextless and hence seems nonsensical.
It all came back to me. I felt gratitude for everything I've learned. I get the most fulfillment out of helping people with technology, when things that seem complex to them are fixed up in a day, or in some cases, 20 minutes.
If you know me, digital marketing is my bread and butter. Yet I get the most fulfillment out of something more than marketing. Solving operational, technological challenges that could save a company from going under, or from losing sales. Finding holes in sales and funnels, if ya dig. And that's the direction I'm pivoting in.
An auto dealer, for instance, recovered 2 hours of his time a day, which translated to thousands of dollars of extra sales. All because I listened in on his sales calls for a training program and spent time translating those calls into an online form with a follow-up sequence. The first form fill came through without him lifting a finger. Not only that, but it was a qualified lead. I'll never forget the way the guy nodded his head in approval!
A woman with disorganized interests couldn't figure out how to turn them into a business. Even her family wouldn't help. They kept telling her "You have to concentrate on just one thing" and it didn't sit right with her. This was a wise woman in her 60s with a wealth of knowledge. She KNEW there was something out there to bring all those skills together.
I listened to her, took those interests and a call later, presented a unified message. She was in TEARS. "Oh my goodness! I've never been so clear what to do before. Thank you, Alexander!" And all it took was a discovery session and a follow-up call!
And, most of all, a company that supplied doors and hardware to architects. After several hours of conversation with their hosting provider, I saved them five figures a year on their hosting bill. Five figures a year on HOSTING ALONE. Five figures a year they could put back into their business and generate more business with. They were hounding me on reinvesting money; they just didn't have the spare capital! Yet there it was—SITTING UNDER THEIR NOSES!!!
So think about this humble little Teac all-in-one stereo and the librarian's reaction when I went through the steps to get it spinning. What results are YOU seeking? What technological challenges would you like to overcome? Software you'd like to integrate? Things you'd like to do? What would that mean for you?
If you would like advice on a business process, a software integration, someone to listen in on and provide a resolution to a revenue problem, a business problem, or even a problem at your job. Think about me. And this Teac all-in-one stereo.

Anyone can show you how to write emails with ChatGPT. But do they convert? I've tested a bunch of the gurus' examples and they fell flat. My hand-written emails beat them to hell and high water.
Until now.
What if you could write email based on 10,000 marketing experiments with only a few voice commands and no prompt engineering? Well, do you seriously have any objections to that? Would you have ANY complaints about that? C'mon, I'm waiting...
