I’m about to lean into Richard Simmons may He RIP. Working out about to be consistent and purposeful. Walking up and down five flights of stairs every day for almost 18 years is not no working out. It may be a form of exercise, but it’s not the same as consistent working out.
Although my blood pressure is not sky high at all, it is a little high.
It’s always a little high, only thing that can stop it is real exercise.
Holy Spirit help me❤️

‪@cardib‬ The Lord has such a call on your life. Father God is waiting on you to totally surrender to Him and give him that Yes. He has called you to evangelize His Gospel for His Glory. The same way Jesus chose Mary Magdalene to be the one who saw him first after the Resurrection. She saw him first. This was the same woman who was delivered from many demons.
Jesus chose her Cardi B. Cardi the Lord wants you to minister to many women who are deep down hurting and broken hearted, just like you. Parents for the Love of God, never allow your young adult children to be complacent.
Don’t allow them to be privileged, it’s no good at all.
I grew up with a mom who was always on me! She never let me just chill at all.
My mom ran such a tight ship.
I tell ya this much, if I listened to her more I would have soared up so high in education, career, etc.
Children don’t be hard headed; listen to your parents.
I didn’t grow up privileged at all, and can Honestly say not being privileged helped me stand on my own two feet.
Especially, even the road got very rough.

Sometimes it can be our own irrational thoughts, causing nothing but confusion and foolishness.

Dear parents, aunts, uncles, all caretakers of children.

Please take heed to these words, if they do not apply, let them fly, if the words due, let them stick like glue.
I am not saying this toward parents/caretakers raising any children with any type of physical, or mental disability.

Please do not spend your whole lives dedicated to your children, while neglecting yourselves.
Nope, it is very important to also build and live your own lives while raising children.
One day, them children will become adults, and you just never know what will be until it is.

Parents may raise children to be totally respectful, and in some cases (when they get of adult age)the first one he/she disrespects is YOU!
Even while raising them in the fear and admonition of the Lord, believe me it can happen.

Mothers I encourage y’all, go get your hair done, a pedicure, manicure and all once in a while.
Show yourselves much Love, even while caring for your children.
I used to think it was very selfish of me to want to do anything for me while raising my own two.
All I did was work (everyday)cook, clean, pay bills,
and cared for my children.
I never made time to build up anything outside of that for myself.
I felt I did not deserve to do anything else, such lies I told myself.

Parents/ caretakers of children please do not do what I did.
Especially the married couples raising up children.
Live your lives too, and don’t any of you dare feel bad or guilty about it either.
Specifically, while raising these children in today’s times.
