Don’t allow people to keep any of you in bondage! Don’t allow your very own self to keep you in any kind of bondage!
Especially,low self-esteem.
Low self-esteem can make one delusional. Causing one to be used and abused, keeping that person from going Higher mentally, spiritually, financially, and physically!

One of my love languages is cooking for my family.
There was a time when I did go to family functions, and always brought in a whole pan of baked ziti, my loved fried chicken wings, or my infamous ice cream cake.
I didn’t care about the cost of ingredients or any of that.
People enjoying the delicious food was all that mattered to me.
I still cook for my young adult children and granddaughter of course.
Today, I’m making some curry shrimp.
That’s a dish we all Love,over white buttery, fluffy rice.
When my oven is finally fixed, I’ll make some five cheese baked macaroni and cheese. Can’t forget the saucy barbecue chicken 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
