The Grenada Football Association (GFA) officially announce the 24-man squad selected for the National Senior Men’s Team’s upcoming friendly against Jamaica. The friendly fixture will take place on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the Kirani James Athletics Stadium 5:00 PM local time.

The selected roster is predominantly composed of players from the domestic leagues. The match will serve as a vital warm-up for the visiting Jamaican side as they finalize their preparations for the FIFA Intercontinental play-offs scheduled for Mexico this March.

“This encounter represents an invaluable opportunity for our home-based players to compete at a high level,” said coach Anthony Modeste. “Facing a team of Jamaica’s calibre is a true test and a crucial part of our continued development. We are confident in the group selected and look forward to a competitive match.”

The GFA encourages the public to come out and support the team as they prepare to face the Reggae Boyz.

Trinidad and Tobago’s Under-17 Women’s National Team is deep into preparations for the Concacaf Under-17 Women’s Championship First Round Qualifiers, which will be held in Curaçao from January 24.

The young T&T Women will face Barbados, Guadeloupe, El Salvador, and host nation Curaçao in round-robin group play.

Matches will be split across four countries: Aruba will host Group D, Bermuda will host Group B, Curacao will host Groups F and C, and Nicaragua will host Groups A and E.

At the conclusion of the group stage, the six group winners and the two best second-place teams will advance to the Concacaf Final Round, where they will be joined by the region’s four top-ranked teams that received byes: Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the United States.

The 2026 Concacaf U-17 Women’s Qualifiers will be the second edition of the event to be played under the current two-round format, following its introduction in 2025.
