"आदर्श भारत निर्माण" पर परिचर्चा
भोपाल। छान वार्ड स्थित गुरुदेव ब्रह्मानंद सरस्वती आश्रम के महर्षि उत्सव भवन में "आदर्श भारत निर्माण" विषय पर परिचर्चा का आयोजन किया गया। महर्षि शैक्षणिक संस्थान समूह के अध्यक्ष वेद विद्या मार्तंड ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश ने कहा कि महर्षि महेश योगी के आदर्श भारत एवं अजेय भारत को अब केंद्रीय शासन और कुछ राज्य सरकारों ने अपनाना प्रारंभ किया है। आदर्श भारत अभियान में 10 वर्षों के दौरान लाखों भारतीय नागरिक जुड़े हैं, जिनको आगे बढ़ाए जाने की आवश्यकता है। इस अवसर पर अखिल भारतीय संत समिति के महासचिव स्वामी जितेंद्रानंद सरस्वती, विश्व हिंदू परिषद के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता एवं केंद्रीय मंत्री अशोक तिवारी और मप्र राज्य डेंटल परिषद के अध्यक्ष डॉ. चंद्रेश शुक्ला ने भी अपने-अपने विचार व्यक्त किए।

आनंदमय विश्व योजना क्रियान्वित करना हमारा कर्तव्य : ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश
महर्षि विद्या मंदिर विद्यालय समूह के अध्यक्ष ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश जी ने २५ अगस्त को अनेक साधु, संत एवं महात्माओं की उपस्थिति में "महर्षि विश्व – आनंदमय विश्व योजना" का शुभारम्भ किया I इस दिन ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश जी का जन्मदिन भी था । इस अवसर पर उपस्थित सभी लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश जी ने कहा कि “आज का दिन उत्सव का दिन है, इसलिए नहीं कि आज हमारा जन्मदिन है बल्कि इसलिए कि देश के कई सुप्रसिद्ध साधु, संत एवं महात्मा हम सबको आशीर्वाद देने के लिए मंच पर उपस्थित हैं ।" ब्रह्मचारी जी गिरीश जी ने कहा कि बचपन से ही हमें साधु, संतों और महात्माओं का सानिध्य प्राप्त हुआ है। हमें गुरु चरणों का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करते हुए 60 वर्ष हो गए हैं I एक बार हमसे एक संत ने पूछा कि आपकी इच्छा क्या है तब हमने कहा कि जीवन के रहते महर्षि जी और गुरुदेव के सारे संकल्प पूरे हो जाएं बस इतना आशीर्वाद दे दीजिए। आज भी बस एकमात्र यही इक्षा है ।"
ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश जी ने कहा कि "65 वर्ष तक हमने "जीवन आनंद है" इस गुरु वाक्य को धारण करके आनंदमय जीवन व्यतीत किया है और आप जैसे सभी संतो का सदैव आशीर्वाद मिलता रहा है, यह हमारा परम सौभाग्य है ।“
इस अवसर पर ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश जी ने उपस्थित साधु संतों के साथ मिलकर आदर्श भारत निर्माण के लिए आनंदमय विश्व योजना, महर्षि वर्ल्ड डॉटकाम, एवं महागुरु डॉटकाम नामक वेबसाइट को लांच किया। इन दोनों वेबसाइटों में महर्षि जी एवं उनके तपोनिष्ट शिष्य ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश जी के व्यक्तित्व एवं कृतित्व पर विस्तार से प्रकाश डाला गया है । इस अवसर पर ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश जी ने कहा कि आनंदमय विश्व योजना क्रियान्वित करना हम सभी का कर्तव्य है।

अखिल भारतीय डेंटल सर्जन एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष डॉ. चंद्रेश शुक्ला जी ने महर्षि संस्थान द्वारा स्वास्थ के क्षेत्र में किये जा रहे कार्यों की प्रसंशा की और घोषणा की अतिशीघ्र भोपाल में ३०० बिस्तरों वाला वैदिक स्वास्थ विधान और आधुनिकतम तकनीकों से चिकित्सा प्रदान करने वाला कैंसर अस्पताल महर्षि संस्थान के साथ मिलकर प्रारम्भ किया जा रहा है.
इस अवसर पर "अखिल भारतीय षट्दर्शन साधु समाज" और "महर्षि वैदिक विद्वान महासभा" के पदाधिकारियों और संतों ने ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश जी को ज्ञान विज्ञान के प्रचार प्रसार और शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उनकी विद्वतता और उनके द्वारा आजीवन किये गए कार्यों के लिए उन्हें "महागुरुजी" की उपाधि से सम्मानित करके एक लेखपत्र भी भेंट किया. जगतगुरु रविन्द्रदास जी महाराज, ज्योतिषाचार्य विनोद गौतम जी, आचार्य प्रपन्नाचार्य जी, आचार्य अशोक पचौरी जी एवं अनेक संत व विद्वानों ने अपनी उपस्थिति से कार्यक्रम को शोभायमान किया।

Brahmachari Girish Ji Launches "Maharishi World-Blissful World Plan" on 25th August 2025
On Monday 25th August at Maharishi Utsav Bhavan, Brahmanand Saraswati Ashram in Bhopal, a unique celebration was organised.
This grand event saw a gathering of distinguished saints who offered their blessings to Brahmachari Girish Ji for launching “Maharishi World–Blissful World Plan” on the auspicious birthday. The esteemed spiritual leaders included Swami Jitendranand Saraswati Ji Maharaj-General Secretary of Akhil Bartiya Sant Samilti Varanasi, Swami Ramvilas Vedanti Ji Maharaj-Vashishtha Peethadheeshwar of Ayodhya, Mahamandaleshwar of Udaseen Akhada Swami Anilanand Ji Bhopal, Swami Ramdas Ji Maharaj-Mahant of Hanukan Gadhi Naka Ayodhya , Swami Abhiramacharya Ji Maharaj- Sangamtat Prayagraj , Mahant Swami Arpit Das Ji Maharaj- Hanuman Sakhi Mandir Jhansi, Bal Yogi Chaitanya Ji Maharaj known as “ Glacier Baba" and Vaidya Devendra Triguna Ji- President of Akhil Bhartiya Ayurved Mahasammelan Delhi. Peethadheeshwar of Peetambarapeeth and President of Akhil Bhartiya Shatdarshan Sadhu Samaj with other saints, Acharya Shri Vinod Gautam of Jyotishmath Bhopal and many other members of Maharishi Vedic Vidwan Mahasabha were also present.
The celebration began with a grand group Guru Pujan, conducted by Vedic scholars. Brahmachari Girish Ji warmly welcomed and honored all the saints and sages present with shawls, floral bouquets, memento and sweets. In return, the saints blessed him with numerous gifts and their heartfelt blessings.
Saints of Akhil Bhartiya Shatdarshan Sadhu Samaj and Vedic Scholars of Maharishi Vedic Vidwan Mahasabha have blessed Brahmachari Girish Ji with the title of “Mahaguruji”.
Addressing everyone on this auspicious occasion, Brahmachari Girish Ji said that it not the celebration of his birthday but it is the celebration of divine presence of revered saints from all over India. He shared that he had always been fortunate to receive the blessings and guidance of saints and sages since his childhood. He said it is now 60 years, he is receiving blessings of saints. This is what inspired him to dedicate his life to serving his Guru His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji at a very young age.
He recounted an incident where a saint asked him what blessing he desired and suggested he ask for a long life. Girish Ji replied that he only wished to be blessed with the ability to fulfil all the programmes and resolutions of his Guru, Maharishi Ji, during his lifetime.
Girish Ji drew a parallel to a story about Tulsidas, where Lord Ram offered him a choice between liberation (moksha) and rebirth. Tulsidas chose rebirth, stating that if he attained moksha, he would not be able to see and sing the glory of Lord Ram again.
Brahmachari Girish stated that his sole aim is to fulfil Maharishi Ji's resolutions. He expressed that he never feels disappointed or sad while working towards this goal. He said that he has learned from the Gurus of Vedic Holy Tradition that life is a source of joy. He concluded by saying that one's life cannot be truly uplifted until his or her consciousness is fully awakened.
The event, held with immense joy and enthusiasm, was highlighted by the screening of a beautiful AI-based documentary of Brahmachari Girish Ji's life journey which was met with delight by all attendees. On this auspicious occasion, a major global initiative was launched by Brahmachari Girish Ji, a project named the "Maharishi World-Blissful World Plan." This ambitious plan aims to bring peace, health, and enlightenment to all members of world family and invincibility to all nations by applying the principles of Vedic Science and Technology as brought to light by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi ji.
The launch was accompanied by a heartfelt video message featuring volunteers of the "Maharishi World-Blissful World Plan" from around the globe. These volunteers extended their best wishes to Brahmachari Girish Ji on his birthday and expressed their profound hope and wishes for the great success of this plan. They spoke of a future where humankind would reap the immense benefits of this initiative, leading to a world that is healthy, peaceful and enlightened.
A particularly poignant moment of the event was a video message from the revered spiritual leader, Jagatguru Shankaracharya of Jyotirmath, Himalaya Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj. He conveyed his heartfelt blessings and warm wishes to Brahmachari Girish Ji, recognizing his tireless efforts and unwavering commitment to spreading the divine knowledge for the welfare of humanity.
In second session of the function, a programme of Indian classical music was also organised in which renowned flute player Pandit Parasnath, renowned Shehnai player Shri Ashwini Shankar, renowned Sarod player Shri Smit Tiwari, renowned Tabla player Pandit Anoop Ghosh, renowned Tabla player Shantanu Narendra, renowned keyboard player Anil Dhumal along with percussion instrument player Siddesh Narendra enthralled the audience by giving melodious performances of Indian Classical Music and light music.

Seminar on "Transforming India into IDEAL INDIA"
BHOPAL (Maha Media): The two-day celebration began today at Maharishi Utsav Bhavan, Brahmanand Saraswati Ashram in Bhopal. The festivities commenced with a brain storming discussion focused on the topic, "How to Transform India into IDEAL INDIA," which brought together scholars and participants for a thought-provoking discussion.
In his inaugural address, Brahmachari Girish Ji reflected on the vision of an "Ideal India," a concept originally advocated by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji. He highlighted Maharishi's long-standing initiatives, such as the "Ideal Society Programme," which was launched in 1982 and has aimed to cultivate ideal individuals capable of making significant contributions to the well-being of society.
Brahmachari Girish Ji requested the assembly of scholars to identify the remaining shortcomings in achieving this vision and propose future actions. He emphasized the value of learning from the diverse perspectives of the experts present in the assembly.
Drawing from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji's teachings, Brahmachari Girish Ji explained the basic principle that "every individual is a fundamental unit of society." He mentioned that he has inaugurated “Maharishi Ideal India Campaign” on 11th January 2015 and since then millions of people have associated with this campaign, now we have to increase the number. Creating Ideal Citizens, Ideal Society, Ideal Nation and Ideal World Family is the target. Girish Ji has elaborated on the idea that an individual's consciousness influences the collective consciousness, underscoring the necessity of first educating and developing the qualities of an ideal citizen within each person.
He also spoke on Maharishi Ji's definition of Ram Rajya as a "divine system of administration" a living reality characterized by universal order, truth, righteousness, and harmony. According to him, Maharishi Ji described the Vedas as nature-made, eternal knowledge inherent in the transcendental field of consciousness, representing a universal constitution that governs the intelligent system of the cosmos. Girish Ji mentioned that "Vedas are said to be the Constitution of the Universe and the transmission of positive energy is its basis. It covers the entire Vedic field i.e. all subjects like religion, culture, education, management and administration.”
The seminar attracted a distinguished group of guests, including Swami Jitendranand Saraswati Ji Maharaj- Secretary General of the Akhil Bharatiya Sant Samiti, Shri Ashok Tiwari, National Spokesperson and Central Minister of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Honourable Chief Justice (Retired) of Punjab and Haryana High Court Shri Ravi Shankar Jha, Honourable Chief Justice (Retired) of Allahabad High Court Shri Preetinkar Diwakar, Supreme Court advocates Shri Ashwani Upadhyay and Shri Santosh Kumar, Founder and Chief of Mindligicx Group of Companies Shri Suresh Elangovan and Dr. Chandresh Shukla, President of Dental Council of Madhya Pradesh.
On this occasion, Swami Jitendrananda Saraswati Ji Maharaj, General Secretary of All India Sant Samiti, extended his best wishes for the progress and success of Adarsh Bharat Campaign. Maharaj Ji said that "India has been a nation for ages and the morality in our Vedas is very strict. Our religion does not recognize irreligion and unrest. There are two banks of the river here, on one side there is a problem and on the other side there is a solution and in the middle are Saints. Gandhi Ji had said that politics is a medium of service but leaders come to rule and it is given the name of administration.
Addressing the audience, former Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court Justice Shri Pritinkar Diwakar said that "Maharishi ji, by being born in a small village, hoisted the flag of Vedic knowledge of India all over the world, similarly, we must first make our ward, our village and our city ideal. If the people of Indore can wave the flag of cleanliness, then why can't the people of Bhopal. For this, we will have to focus on yoga and our duties so that an ideal India can be created on the ground."
On this occasion, former Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court Justice Shri Ravi Shankar Jha said that "Maharishi Ji had very well put forward the idea of an ideal India, the idea of which is being worked upon all over the world today. Maharishi Sansthan is already working in the field of Vedic education and culture, so the management of Maharishi Sansthan can tell us better what the road map of an ideal India will be. We are here ready to walk together. But one important thing is that in this we will have to adopt fundamental duties along with important fundamental rights, I can definitely say this."
On this occasion, Supreme Court Advocate Shri Ashwini Upadhyay said that "The dream of an ideal India was of Maharishi Ji, it is of Maharishi Sansthan and work will be done on it in the whole of India. Therefore, all of us together have to establish an ideal India in accordance with the principles of Maharishi Ji." Upadhyay further said that "Man-made problems are not incurable, they can be solved in just five years. The Constitution is made up of two words, Sam and Vidhan, which means equal law for all. In English, the word Uncle includes four relationships together, but in Hindi, all of these have separate pronunciations and words. Therefore, all of us have to move forward towards an ideal India with full dedication and connect as many people as possible to it." Upadhyay Ji stressed on the immediate change of many ineffective laws of India for the creation of an ideal India and also advocated freedom from the ideas of backwardness and slavery.
Among other notable speakers were retired IAS and ex-Commissioner of Bhopal Ajatshatru Srivastava, Shri Santosh Kumar- Senior Supreme Court Lawyer, Shri Ravindra Kanhere, National President of Vidya Bharati. Sunil Mansinghkah- former member of the National Cow Commission and Vaidya Madhusudan Deshpande, Director of Multispeciality Ayurveda Health Awareness programme (MAHA), Prof. Pramod Verma-Scientist and Kulguru of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya and Bhuvnesh Sharma-former Kulguru of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya. All learned speakers have given many valuable suggestions to transform India into Ideal India very soon. Many other distinguished scholars and dignitaries also marked their presence.
The entire event was live-streamed on Ramraj TV and additional viewing options were also available on YouTube and Facebook channels for those unable to attend in person. The organisers have informed that soon a report book of the programme will be published covering all speeches and pictures.

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ सर्वप्रथम महर्षि संस्थान की परंपरा अनुसार गुरु पूजन से प्रारंभ हुआ इसके पश्चात समस्त अतिथियों को शाल, पुष्प गुच्छ एवं स्मृति चिन्ह देकर स्वागत किया गया। इसके पश्चात परिचर्चा प्रारंभ हुई। महर्षि शैक्षणिक संस्थान समूह के अध्यक्ष वेद विद्या मार्तंड ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश जी ने दो दिवसीय कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ "आदर्श भारत निर्माण" विषय पर परिचर्चा के उद्घाटन सत्र से किया। वेद विद्या मार्तंड ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश जी ने कहा कि "परम पूज्य महर्षि महेश योगी जी के आदर्श भारत एवं अजेय भारत को अब भारत के केंद्रीय शासन और कुछ राज्य सरकारों ने अपनाना प्रारम्भ किया है। आदर्श भारत अभियान में 10 वर्षों के दौरान लाखों भारतीय नागरिक जुड़े हैं जिनको आगे बढ़ाए जाने की आवश्यकता है। ज्ञान का गहराई में समावेश हो और नित्य साधना हो, यही आदर्श व्यक्ति, आदर्श समाज और आदर्श भारत की पृष्ठभूमि है। महर्षि जी ने वर्ष 1982 में आदर्श भारत अभियान को शुरू किया था जिसमें सामाजिक विज्ञान, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य से लेकर कृषि एवं लोक प्रशासन सहित समस्त क्षेत्रों को समाहित किया गया था। राम राज्य की अवधारणा की प्रत्येक विषय वस्तु आदर्श भारत में समाहित है। महर्षि जी का कहना था कि केवल राष्ट्रीय कानून नहीं बल्कि प्राकृतिक नियमों का पालन हम सभी के लिए आवश्यक है इसलिए आदर्श भारत अभियान में प्राकृतिक के नियमों के पालन को प्रमुखता के साथ सम्मिलित किया गया है।" अपनी बात आगे रखते हुए ब्रह्मचारी जी गिरीश जी का कहना था कि "वेद को सृष्टि का संविधान कहा गया है और सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार इसका आधार है। इसमें समस्त वैदिक क्षेत्र अर्थात धर्म, संस्कृति, शिक्षा, प्रबंधन और प्रशासन जैसे सभी विषय शामिल हैं। महर्षि जी की इन्हीं संकल्पना को लेकर हम सभी को आदर्श भारत अभियान को आगे बढ़ाना है।" इस अवसर पर अखिल भारतीय संत समिति के महासचिव स्वामी जितेंद्रानंद सरस्वती जी महाराज ने आदर्श भारत योजना की योजना को आगे बढ़ाये जाने पर शुभकामनाएं प्रदान कीं। महाराज जी का कहना था कि "भारत वर्षों से एक राष्ट्र रहा है और हमारे वेदों में नैतिकता अत्यधिक कठोर है। हमारा धर्म, अधर्म एवं अशांति को मान्यता नहीं देता। यहां नदी के दो किनारे हैं, एक समस्या है दूसरी ओर समाधान है और बीच में संत हैं। गांधी जी ने कहा था कि राजनीति सेवा का माध्यम है किंतु नेता शासन करने आते हैं और उसको प्रशासन का नाम दे दिया जाता है।" इस अवसर पर इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के पूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री प्रीतिंकर दिवाकर जी का कहना था कि "महर्षि जी ने एक छोटे से गांव में जन्म लेकर पुरे विश्व में भारत के वैदिक ज्ञान की धर्म ध्वजा फहरा दी, इसी तरह हमें सबसे पहले अपने वार्ड, अपने गांव एवं अपने शहर को आदर्श बनाना होगा। यदि इंदौर के लोग स्वच्छता में परचम लहरा सकते हैं तो भोपाल वासी क्यों नहीं। इसके लिए हमें योग एवं कर्तव्यों पर अपना ध्यान केंद्रित करना होगा जिससे आदर्श भारत धरातल पर बनाया जा सकता है।" इस अवसर पर पंजाब और हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय के पूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री रवि शंकर झा ने कहा कि "महर्षि जी ने अच्छे भाव से आदर्श भारत की बात रखी थी जिसकी सोच पर आज पूरी दुनिया में कार्य हो रहा है। महर्षि संस्थान पहले से ही वैदिक शिक्षा एवं संस्कृति के क्षेत्र में कार्य कर रहा है इसलिए आदर्श भारत का रोड मैप क्या होगा हमसे अच्छी तरह से महर्षि संस्थान का प्रबंध यह बता सकता है, हम तो केवल साथ में चलने के लिए तैयार हैं। लेकिन एक बात महत्वपूर्ण है कि इसमें हमें महत्वपूर्ण मूलभूत अधिकारों के साथ-साथ मूलभूत कर्तव्यों को भी अपनाना होगा, यह मैं अवश्य कह सकता हूं।“ इस अवसर पर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के अधिवक्ता श्री अश्विनी उपाध्याय ने कहा कि "आदर्श भारत का सपना महर्षि जी का था, महर्षि संस्थान का है और संपूर्ण भारत में इस पर कार्य किया जाएगा। इसलिए हम सभी लोगों को मिलकर महर्षि जी के सिद्धांतों के अनुरूप आदर्श भारत की स्थापना करनी होगी।" उपाध्याय का कहना था कि "मानव निर्मित समस्याएं लाइलाज नहीं है उनका समाधान केवल पांच वर्षों में किया जा सकता है। संविधान दो शब्दों से मिलकर बना है जिसमें सम और विधान अर्थात सभी के लिए सामान विधान। अंग्रेजी में अंकल शब्द में चार रिश्तों को एक साथ समाहित कर लिया जाता है किंतु हम हिंदी में इन सभी के पृथक- पृथक उच्चारण और शब्द होते हैं। इसलिए हम सभी को आदर्श भारत की ओर पूरे मनोयोग के साथ आगे बढ़ना है और अधिक से अधिक लोगों को इससे जोड़ना है।" उपाध्याय जी ने आदर्श भारत निर्माण के लिए भारत के अनेक अप्रभावी कानूनों को अविलम्ब बदलने पर जोर दिया और पिछड़ेपन व गुलामी के विचारों से स्वतंत्रता की वकालत भी की।
इसके पश्चात विश्व हिंदू परिषद के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता एवं केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री अशोक तिवारी, मध्य प्रदेश राज्य डेंटल परिषद के अध्यक्ष डॉ चंद्रेश शुक्ला, माइंड लॉजिक ग्रुप ऑफ कम्पनीज के संस्थापक एवं मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी श्री सुरेश एलंगोवन, वरिष्ठ रिटायर्ड आईएएस अधिकारी श्री अजात शत्रु श्रीवास्तव एवं सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता श्री संतोष कुमार, राष्ट्रीय गौ वंश आयोग के पूर्व सदस्य श्री सुनील मानसिंहका सहित मल्टीस्पेशलिटी आयुर्वेद हेल्थ अवेयरनेस प्रोग्राम के निदेशक वैद्य मधुसूदन देशपांडे, प्रोफेसर प्रमोद वर्मा-वैज्ञानिक एवं महर्षि महेश योगी वैदिक विश्वविद्यालय के कुलगुरु तथा भुवनेश शर्मा-महर्षि महेश योगी वैदिक विश्वविद्यालय के पूर्व कुलगुरु ने अपने-अपने विचार व्यक्त किए।
समस्त उपस्थितजनों ने आदर्श भारत निर्माण के सिद्धांतों और प्रयोगों की सूचना प्राप्त की और इसमें पूर्ण मनोयोग से भाग लेने का संकल्प लिया। इस परिचर्चा का आयोजन भोपाल के छान वार्ड स्थिति गुरुदेव ब्रह्मानंद सरस्वती आश्रम के "महर्षि उत्सव भवन" में संपन्न हुआ। इस संपूर्ण कार्यक्रम का लाइव प्रसारण रामराज टीवी के वेबसाइट, यूट्यूब एवं फेसबुक चैनलों पर भी किया गया जिसे विश्व भर के लाखों लोगों ने देखा। कार्यक्रम के आयोजकों ने बताया कि इस कार्यक्रम के रिपोर्ट शीघ्र ही पुस्तक के रूप में प्रकाशित होगी जिसमें सभी वक्ताओं के व्याख्यान व कार्यक्रम के चित्र होंगे।
