It's been a month since the release of Dream Display! Time isn't real.
I quickly wanted to check up on you all, since the rest of this year is gonna be FULL of stuff I'd reccomend closely following. I don't wanna toot my own horn too much, but I can guarantee you they'll all be pretty big.
I'm currently planning a few smaller videos to fill the gap between big projects, all about silly topics that I think can lead to interesting community conversations, as well as a potential new way to view certain things. Pride Month's coming up in two days, so I want to make something for that too, especially with the saddening amount of negativity these days. I don't want to spoil too much, but Kirby Videos about "Gender", "Schmoovement", "Future", "Food" and other stuff are all currently under development, all in pretty different stages.
There's also Charity, which has now infamously been in development for more than a year and still hasn't come out. The thing is, the video's done. The entries are all put together, however, some people have been postponing their work a lot, even beyond any deadlines. It is what it is! The video is absolutely massive so I imagine you'll all be able to forgive me for how long it take.
Next up, Star Sinner's Undercroft, a new Kirby Fan Game I created and am currently writitng and directing. The teaser in Dream Display left a lot to interpretation, and that was my intent: "mystery", similar to a lot of Nintendo Trailers, they leave the viewers wanting to know more, I hope. It's quite different than the usual fangame, so I'm sure I'll have to do a bit more convincing to get people to try it out. In the last few days, we've made loads of new artwork for the chatacters and dozens of pages of new writing. Hope you'll enjoy!!
As for any other stuff, I'll also be involved in a few projects by other creators! There's another big charity project which I'm gladly part of, which I've been asked to be quiet about, so that's all you'll hear from me right now, aha. I'm also helping with the moderation of a few collabs, all of which happening sometime this Summer. Expect a few more appearances in gameplay and silly videos.
That's all from me, at least for the time being. Surprisingly, there's still a few things I've kept under wraps, all of different scope. This year has already been nuts, and I hope you'll be here with me for even more of these surprises!!!
