Risk to Reward | The #1 Day Trading Lesson for Beginners

Most beginners can’t survive in trading. Their capital runs out fast, or they keep blowing up multiple funded accounts. Because they keep losing more than they are SUPPOSED to.

If you never define your risk-reward before entering a trade, you don’t know:

• how much you’re risking
• how much you expect to make
• what is your sign to exit when you’re wrong

…you’re not trading. You’re guessing.

In contrast, good traders can be consistently profitable, even if they’re wrong more often than they’re right.

Because of risk-reward.

Risk is planned. Reward is asymmetric. Execution is disciplined.

When risk-reward is controlled, the trader simply wins more when they are right, and loses less when they are wrong.
