I just realized that onky like one people I’m close to have seen me in an extremely manic state and that’s because I was with them during a church service and part of that we can talk about our concerns on pretty much anything and I started talking about how much I hate ICE and the racist rich white people in the area that supported it (I used to live in that area when I was younger ) I then went so crazy I think started like fidgeting and scratching and pinching on myself then it got so bad I took of the belt I was wearing and started whipping the ground (during this I was resisting the urge to punch the wall)
The reason why I realized this is because I thought my sister had seen me in every state and that’s ALMOST true
