USA CUBREBOCA = WEAR A FACE MASK 😷

Al cubreboca también se le llama mascarilla (quirúrgica), barbijo o tapaboca. También se utilizan las variantes con el término "boca" en plural: "el cubrebocas" o "el tapabocas".

CUBRE viene del verbo CUBRIR .
TAPA viene del verbo TAPAR.

Nótese que cubreboca(s) y tapaboca(s) se escriben como una sola palabra, sin guiones ni espacios.

["Cubreboca" is also called "mascarilla (quirúrgica)", "barbijo" or "tapaboca". Variants are also used with the term "mouth" in plural: "el cubrebocas" o "el tapabocas".

COVER comes from the verb CUBRIR (to cover)
TAPA comes from the verb TAPAR (to cover, *too*)
BOCA means MOUTH 👄

Note that "cubreboca(s)" and "tapaboca(s)" are written as a single word, without hyphens nor spaces.]
