Welcome to Dolphin Park!

Releasing August 11th 2023, Dolphin Park is a musical tribute to Wave Race 64, one of the coolest games on the N64. The soundtrack of Wave Race 64 was already pretty cool and funky, but Dolphin Park turns up the heat with full band arrangements of the best songs from the game featuring nine tracks, a super-team of eight musicians, loads of funk, sax, guitars, slap bass and good vibes.

Also featured on this album are TWO original tracks, Victory! And Seafoam Shoreline, which are “inspired by” songs that not only compliment the other songs, but also stand out on their own as a unique twist on the Wave Race vibe.

"When I discovered the world of Japanese jazz fusion in late 2020, it totally changed the way I thought about music! In fact, it was the main reason I decided to come back to RGR after a long hiatus - I had given up on the idea of RGR years before after feeling very burned out on RGR and just music in general. I hope that through these songs you not only enjoy the new arrangements and original music created for this project, but how much I really had fun putting it all together with a true fusion twist!" - Erek Ladd
