I guess it's time to request a chargeback with your bank or PayPal.
This company took orders last year and then fell off the face of the earth.
I have tried communicating with them for months. At one point (shortly after deleting their Instagram posts), they did actually reply to a DM, but have gone silent since.
I have been pushing them to communicate with their customers, but nothing. I have emailed them several times, and they don't even read them. Since I can monitor whether an email has been opened (when and how many times), I believe they have abandoned all accounts associated with this item.

I have been excited about this version of Broly for a very long time! So glad to see photos of the ZL Studio version and it doesn’t disappoint!
