My goal is to share with you how I have grown a successful remodeling company that has serviced clients in 30+ states and 4 different countries.

I'm Chris Rachel, owner of Superior Home Solutions LLC, partner with Tile Nation LLC, and a partner with Lusso Porcelain & Design LLC. I'm a 4th generation contractor, USAF veteran, and started my remodeling business in 2009 while I was active duty in the Air Force. I'm an NTCA member, as well as a Certified Tile Installer (#1466).

While serving in the military I learned very quickly a few key things that I implemented into my remodeling business that has helped get me to where I am today; OPTICS:
-Organization is of the upmost importance to running a business that's capable of GROWING.
-Personal well being has to come before anything else including your business.

-Communication is key
-Systems, processes, tools, trends, and even others expectations are constantly changing. You HAVE to learn to adapt.
