Hey yall, I know I've been MIA, but my shoulder is just now allowing me to do my hair without it hurting. When I had my surgery, the doctor did tell me that it could take 6 to 8 months or more for it to be fully healed. I am not 100% healed as it it does sometimes try me, lol, but I do think I'm about 90% healed. Having the surgery was the best thing I could have done. I have little to no pain. Before surgery, I was in constant pain. When I got a new provider, she listened to me and boom, just like that, an MRI and referral later, I needed surgery. 4 years yall, not 1, not 2, or 3, but 4 years I've dealt with the pain. My previous provider only did x-rays and physical therapy. Idk how I pulled through it all those years with filming videos and constantly combing my hair, but I did. I will film videos again, but when I'm ready. I say all this to say if you have a provider that is not listening to you, then find you one that will. ❤️Trice
It's My Birthday! 🎉 I know you all have been missing me and my videos, but I literally can't use my left shoulder like I used to. I injured it and had to have surgery. So yeah, ya girl hasn't really been combing hair. I actually had to pay someone to do my hair (which I haven't done since Jan. 2019). I am grateful that I can move my arm more. Pt has been great and ya girl graduated to a 2lb weight 🙃 lol but I'm getting there. The doctor says it will take about 6 to 8 months heal. I did film a few videos before my pain just got to unbearable that still I haven't edited, but I will soon, I promise. I pray you all have an amazing week. -Trice
