You don't need to watch all those this that mindset videos if you don't want to. If the harsh motivation given by self help gurus works for you, that's ok but if it doesn't you don't need to watch them just because everyone does.
All you need to do is to be kind, confident and be yourself and no you don't need to be a people pleasure
And take care of yourself both physically and mentally.
I wanted to say this for long because there's so much material on social media

And sometimes people watch this out of pressure and not because they actually want to and it kinda makes them insecure.
So if it works for you, great. If it doesn't, that's completely okay too

Can we seriously stop making posts and videos like "name and idol who you think is a bad person but you just can't prove it" , "name and idol who gives you bad vibes" and people actually name certain idols in the comment section and when someone calls them out they say it's their opinion. Even if it's your opinion please keep it to yourself because the person you're talking about is not someone you personally know. And celebrities are real humans with real feelings these things might actually affect them.
