So some band sampled the Dino Crisis soundtrack for the intro to their song, and now Youtube sees that as me "using the band's music" in the Dino Crisis videos, and has automatically enforced revenue sharing giving them half of the scant few pennies these videos make? How is that fair?

The original source of the audio is Dino Crisis. Its insane that they should ever see a single penny from someone for uploading a playthrough of a game because they sampled it for a song.
