As a digital marketer
should you be an expert in GA4 and GTM?

I assume you are a Google Ads expert
or Meta Ads expert and that you run ads for e-commerce brands.

Your main job is to generate sales, so your focus should be on your ad strategy to see how you can generate more sales.

However,
you should have a basic knowledge of GA4.

As a marketer, you don’t need to be an expert in GTM. You should focus your time on ads and consider hiring a GTM expert.

If you still have time, you can take a course on GTM and GA4, or follow the free valuable tutorials that many people share on YouTube.

By the way, I haven’t made videos in a while because I had a problem with my microphone. But I will soon release an advanced tutorial for you, which will help you set up tracking on your own.
