Just finished building a replica Fix it Felix Jr arcade machine. Took around 3 weeks, totally updated all of the sound effects from scratch to try and make it as close to the movie version as possible. A short build video will be uploaded soon!

I haven't had a lot of time to upload anything as usual, but I am currently trying out a spot of Winter Retrobriting using one of my DJ UV Cob Cannons!

The Cob Cannon is great because it is powerful, you could retrobrite a room of consoles in one go given enough time XD But concentrating the beam onto the lid of this dreamcast whilst i am at the shop is great, no need to take the console apart, theres no heat in the shop so no need to cling film it to stop the fluid drying, meaning no clumping spots that cause uneven finish.
(am using Bblonde cream peroxide and apply it evenly with a sponge)
The Cob Cannon also is designed to run for a long time so has its own cooling system built inside.

I had bought led strips to make a box to do this sort of thing but as it is close to Christmas I dont get a lot of time to do this, so this Cannon will give it a good blast, I will post a finished picture, it takes roughly about 6 hours to get it back to white with the Cob Cannon.
If it was more yellow than this it could take 3 to 4 times longer.

The Loot Crate T800 Genesys Skull is 1/2 scale. I drilled out the eyes and used the glass cabochon lenses from the eye mods, coloured the back of them criss cross with a red marker pen to give it a red look with a sort of criss cross texture behind. Using a small tube of heat shrink then to fit the glass eye in, heat shrink around it and behind to seal the glass in the tube. then feed the tube into the eye socket that you drilled.

They can be lit using small red leds if you drill an opening under the jaw.

I was thinking of cutting this skull in half to have on the base with the red eye lit. They are around £7 on ebay and look pretty good and are the exact scale you need.

(i drilled a bit too much on the left eye in the last pic..)

@gweilojohn eye mod for the T800 1/2 Scale model. This is my first attempt at doing them, they look a bit rough as the chrome kept peeling off of them. perhaps there is a different quality bead to get. What do you think? Any way to improve them or should i make another?

This glitch still works! I found that you have to have the letter M's capture point (the direction that cappy faces) must be facing you driving the scooter and the back of cappy facing the letter R for it to work. the scooter seems to not angle itself on the M otherwise.

WOW!! 1000 subscribers! Well, at the moment this channel is rarely updated with a video but I hope to change this soon its just our baby is taking up a lot of my attention and running Retrobution the store as well!
As things get easier I hope to put more time into uploading something worthwhile and interesting, so I have just uploaded some random things the last year.
I intend to make a Ghostbusters table build video so you too can have a go at making one (it wasnt easy!).
I also intend to build a games room at home in the next year or so and am documenting it to make a good video out of it which will be broken down into parts.

Now that the audience here is building I hope to release a decent video each month it will give me some good practice to then release one every 2 weeks. There are so many game channels out there that document the history of games that for me it would be a waste of time to make yet another one of those types of channels however as I have been working in games retail for around 12 years and I always am building and fixing and restoring games and consoles and arcade machines (and even toys!) I think I can make at least a years worth of videos of those adventures to make it an interesting video.

I could upload many videos but Id like to finally upload something that is edited with a voice over so that it matches other well produced youtube videos so that they are enjoyable to watch.

I aim to get a build video done by easter this year and eventually I will build a turtles sewer and street scene which will connect to the ghostbusters table perhap by christmas this year!

Thank you for the subs I look forward to sharing a new video with you soon!
