There are so many interesting cases seen every day so we are going to start posting some of them here. Ankle MRI with severe tenosynovitis of the medial tendons. Rare to see it this severe which should raise concern for an inflammatory arthritis. This patient had rheumatoid arthritis.

As radiologists we are taught to do lumbar & SIJ injections under CT. Remainder of the Pain management physicians use Fluoro or Ultrasound. I've started doing more now under ultrasound especially when the CT room is busy. Nice article going over the ultrasound anatomy & how to inject under ultrasound.
