Have fun.

I know that probably sounds unexpected coming from me.

But that’s the lesson that finally landed for me when I spent time in Miami with my family.

We move through life worrying, stressing, and overthinking so much that we forget the greatest gift we’ve been given.

Life itself.

Enjoy your life.

Enjoy what you do.

I’m still deeply purpose driven.

That hasn’t changed.

But my mindset has.

It’s no longer “I have to do this.”

It’s “I get to do this.”

And if I’m being real with you, I can enjoy it while I’m doing it too.

Going to the gym?

Make it fun.

Going to work?

Find joy in it.

Because perspective changes everything.

And over time, that perspective becomes your personality.

I used to be serious about everything.

And to be fair, life is serious.

This isn’t a game.

But with the life I’ve been given, I’m choosing joy.

I’m choosing to enjoy the process.

I’m choosing gratitude.

Because life is a privilege, not a punishment.

And I’ve noticed something about this version of me who allows joy...

I’m more motivated.

I’m happier.

I’m more disciplined.

And I’m more consistent.

I wake up saying, “I get to,” not “I have to.”

I wake up asking, “How can today be meaningful and enjoyable?”

So if you take anything from this, let it be this...

Lighten up.

Release the tight grip.

Trust the work you put in daily.

Trust God.

And allow yourself to enjoy the journey while you’re walking it.

God told me somebody needed to hear this today.

Wake up with a positive heart. Wake up with gratitude. Wake up and give God thanks for another day. Believe in yourself and believe in the gifts He has given you.

Why would I be negative when I can be positive? Why have hate in my heart when I can choose love. Why would I be scared of going after my dreams when I know the vessel that holds my spirit will one day die??

I choose to LIVE. I choose to LAUGH. I choose to take RISKS. I choose PURPOSE. I choose to get 1% BETTER EACH DAY. What will you choose? Whatever you choose, make sure it's a choice you can live with.

All it takes is one good year and you can live an entirely different life. I believe this wholeheartedly. I believe in YOU. I believe in God.

One of my favorite moments this year is seeing all the people that have broken free from lust because they realized all it takes is one good year locking in.

I’m going to give you the EXACT blueprint i give all my Chosen Ones when it comes to breaking free.

My advice to men who can't break free from lust

- Build self-awareness
- Tell two men you trust
- Seek God even when you don't want to
- Live your life as if you're already free
- Think of the freedom more than you think of lust
