everybody that own a pair of legs needs to walk 10k-20k steps a day. it’s time to drop that fat. it’s one of the BEST workouts. i heard us young people catching cancer like never before. i heard the obesity rates high as heaven. you better lock in now..cause if you don’t you’ll get locked out. health is wealth, this is not a game.

I’m living my best life because I’ve been on my God given purpose since day one. I silence the outside noise and I focus on my inner voice.

IDGAF about nothing else outside my purpose. Peoples problem is they GAF about everything else outside of themselves and they don’t focus on their own evolution and growth.

You will never win like that.

I never cared to fit in cause i was sent here to stand out.

I never cared to be loved because people will lift you up just to tear you down.

I never cared to party when I was broke because my purpose created a life of wealth and now I can wake up and live my dream life daily.

I never cared about anything other than why God sent me on earth.

I’m just built different. I’m cut from a different cloth. I’m from a different lifetime, they sent me here to heal generations. To heal bloodlines.

I told you 3 years ago to be on your purpose. If you not on your purpose, you will get left behind.. and that’s tuff. 💯

Shout out to all of those that have been on their purpose. I’m proud of you, eternally. Life’s just going to keep getting better for you, watch. God bless you.

You set a goal. You write it down. You commit. But then, as soon as the pressure mounts, you start looking for an "out." You offer yourself a compromise: "I'll do it tomorrow," or "This is good enough for now."

Every time you allow yourself to violate your own standard, you lose a piece of your integrity. And once your integrity is gone, you are just an empty shell of who you you're meant to be.

Keep the promises you make to yourself and I promise you your life will change significantly quicker..not saying it’s easy, but life rewards execution. Life rewards speed.
