Believe in yourself so deeply that people start to think you’re delusional.
My brother @thecalumjohnsonshow has a saying I’ve always respected: “Stay delusional.” He once told me, “You have to be a little delusional to even attempt something greater than yourself.”
And he’s right.
Every great vision looks unrealistic to people who can’t see it yet. Every big dream sounds crazy to someone who has never dared to chase one.
So wherever you are in life, whatever you’re trying to build, stay delusional about it.
If nobody believes in you, make sure you believe in you.
If the circumstances say quit, stay on the path anyway.
If the world says it’s impossible, keep moving like it’s already done.
Because the truth is simple.
The people who change their lives…
The people who build the impossible…
The people who become who they were meant to be…
They all looked a little delusional in the beginning.

Have fun.
I know that probably sounds unexpected coming from me.
But that’s the lesson that finally landed for me when I spent time in Miami with my family.
We move through life worrying, stressing, and overthinking so much that we forget the greatest gift we’ve been given.
Life itself.
Enjoy your life.
Enjoy what you do.
I’m still deeply purpose driven.
That hasn’t changed.
But my mindset has.
It’s no longer “I have to do this.”
It’s “I get to do this.”
And if I’m being real with you, I can enjoy it while I’m doing it too.
Going to the gym?
Make it fun.
Going to work?
Find joy in it.
Because perspective changes everything.
And over time, that perspective becomes your personality.
I used to be serious about everything.
And to be fair, life is serious.
This isn’t a game.
But with the life I’ve been given, I’m choosing joy.
I’m choosing to enjoy the process.
I’m choosing gratitude.
Because life is a privilege, not a punishment.
And I’ve noticed something about this version of me who allows joy...
I’m more motivated.
I’m happier.
I’m more disciplined.
And I’m more consistent.
I wake up saying, “I get to,” not “I have to.”
I wake up asking, “How can today be meaningful and enjoyable?”
So if you take anything from this, let it be this...
Lighten up.
Release the tight grip.
Trust the work you put in daily.
Trust God.
And allow yourself to enjoy the journey while you’re walking it.
God told me somebody needed to hear this today.
