I am 33 :) & my fitness goal as a Personal Branding Practitioner who is constantly in laptop & phone, is to continuously work upon my longevity which is trying to keep my biological age less than or equal to my chronological age.
Our chronological age is the number of years that have passed since our birth.
Our biological age refers to how old our cells really are and therefore, our real age.
Your chronological age is irreversible and is not dependent on your life habits.
Conversely, biological age may vary depending on your lifestyle (diet, exercise, sleep, attitude, stress, etc.).
Depending on your genetics and your life habits, your biological age will be higher or lower than your chronological one.
People with a younger biological age compared to their chronological age are at a lower risk of suffering age-related diseases and mortality.
Good news is that biological age can be improved with as little as few changes in your life habits.
Past couple of years I have working on my biological health improvements with the increase in my chronological age number.
Few things I have been doing:
- Drinking 4-6 litres of water a day. - Not necessarily hitting gym for hours & hours but also not skipping body movements in the office. - Stretching hip flexors & hamstrings 3-4 times a day. - Doing 20-30 pushups or squats after every 2-3 hours of constant work. - Doing 10-20 pushups or squats or any exercise to increase heartbeat before having heavy meals (lunch & dinner).
… small little things which everyone can do without paying a hefty gym membership or hiring a trainer.
It’s about thinking of your body day in & day out just like you brush your teeth daily.
Currently as mentioned my chronological age is 33 & my still my biological age is 35 which you can measure via any body analysis machine.
My goal is to have that as 33 by end of 2023.
Now I would recommend you to google about this topic for yourself.
I am always trying to focus on my REAL STRENGTH & STAMINA vs. just building muscles & abs to show off on the beaches.

After 12 years of WORK EXPERIENCE into various different segments, I have proudly & successfully broken some bullshit rules = BRULES of the society.
A term I learnt from Vishen Lakhiani few years ago.
These bullshit rules are like traditional deadlines based on the previous generations and honestly are kinda cultural myths too.
Here are a few of them:
- get a degree before 22 (I still have none) - get a masters before 25 (I can't even apply) - get married before 27 (I am still unmarried at 33) - have kids before 29 (definitely, I don’t have any) - get a good savings before 30 (I started saving at the age of 29, extreme late nobody in my family knew about SIP or any financial knowledge & due to my networking I got to know about SIP at the age of 29)
and so much more.
Starting from a regular call center job in 2010 to now doing what I love to do successfully as Digital Pratik, I can totally relate to all these goals, targets or deadlines aka BRULES of the previous generation which gets forced upon the next generation in majority of Indian families.
I guess, I am always happy coz I have never hit a goal in that timeframe.
Or
In other words, I have always said: Fuck Brules. Mah life, mah rules 😎🫡
To conclude: Jo bhi karo, JorrDaar karo.

Want to know how to create content that will continually bring in traffic and leads?
Let me show you the 5 steps you need to take to create evergreen content in 2023.
5 essential steps you need to take in order to create evergreen content that will help you grow your business and establish yourself as an authority in your field:
1.) Pick a subject based on your practical experience:
Gather as much information as possible to get an overall understanding of the topic you want to create content around.
2.) Planning based on your own capabilities:
Once you’ve done that, plan out your content ideas and prepare an outline, including headlines and other sub-topics to be discussed.
3.) Storytelling using images, videos & more:
Thirdly, enhance the visuals – everything is more engaging with visuals! Your personal brand will benefit greatly from using compelling images or videos for your content.
4.) Explain those visuals in the form of text as much as you can:
Fourthly, write up your text with concise yet interesting language - people will be more engaged by captivating stories than long blocks of text.
5.) Content distribution like never before:
Lastly, promote! Share it across all the channels where you have a personal brand presence and generate conversation about your personal brand and its evergreen content - this is key if you want people to remember it in the long term.
---
Yes, those are the 5 simple steps.
Now you might be wondering, "Digital Pratik, what's new in this? I already know this."
Yeah, you are right. You know this, but still if you are looking for it in 2023, then you are not doing it.
So please if you can do one thing for 2023 better than what you did in 2022, that one thing is: DO MORE & EXECUTE MORE on the simplest steps you already know.
That’s what most of the people advise to youngsters.
But here’s my practical perspective 👀
There is always a value when you do WORK!!!
Yes indeed, people value more when they pay money. But that doesn’t mean, there is no value of free work.
You might not get enough value in the moment from the person/business/brand or anything to whom you might deliver your free work…. but it definitely adds up to your PRACTICAL WORK EXPERIENCE…
Assume there is a kid who is 21 y/o & he/she is a college dropout who has no financial backup & whose father got a paralytic stroke & now has all the financial responsibilities in life… and the kid comes from a lower middle class family with financial crises in the family…
Now can that kid think that FREE WORK NAHI KARUNGA?
Not at all… He/she should definitely get a full time work to get monthly cashflow & then do whatever he/she can in the side hustle to make the ends meet…
And also keep in mind of the long term vision of working for his/her passion…
Honestly, this is not some random situation…
This is a real story of the kid who is now 33 & known as DIGITAL PRATIK !!!
Yes, that’s my real story when I was 21 in 2010!
Now let’s take the same situation in this Nov 2022 digital world which is full of opportunities vs. 2010 where there were less digital opportunities.
If i was in this situation today, my free work would look like the following with my full time job: (into the bracket i will tell u what i used to do practically in my early career days)
✅ invest 2 hours at night in learning something new in my interest… which is marketing! (bdw, that’s what I used to do during my full time job from 2010-2018)
✅ consume free marketing & mindset content via podcasts while I commute from home to job & job to home. (bdw, that’s what i did from 2010-2018 when I used to walk for 5-12 kms at times coz I was saving money of commute to invest in marketing tools & while i was walking for an hour or so, I used to listen to audio which i used to download from YouTube videos, coz podcasts were not around that much in my early career days)
✅ apply marketing automation for influencers for free & dm them for free to show the practical work to get some paid work if i can & will not stop until I get atleast 5 paid clients who might pay Rs. 10,000 a month each. That’s all I need to get confidence first. I will not chase 6 figures & 7 figures based on some bullshit clickbait headline.
& much more…!!!
3 things to conclude:
1️⃣ Working for free has value 2️⃣ Don’t listen to others who say it has no value 3️⃣ No one knows your actual life situations
9 reasons why storytelling is important for IP building in 2023.
A marketing post for my YouTube Parivar.
As a marketer, stories are an essential tool in your belt.
Like a mini-vacation for your customers and prospects, they provide transportation to new worlds of discovery.
By including storytelling techniques in your IP building strategies, you can help make sure that what's delivered―and eventually ends up in the hands of others―is truly memorable, impactful, and positively long-lasting.
In this post we'll explore why storytelling should be an integral part of any marketing team's IP building goals; detailing 9 reasons on how it helps create powerful content that engages with audiences and builds loyalty over time.
Hold onto your seats—it’s going to be quite the journey!
1.) Storytelling helps to create an emotional connection with your audience and build a strong brand identity.
2.) It allows you to communicate your brand's values and unique selling points in an engaging and memorable way.
3.) Storytelling helps to differentiate your brand from competitors and stand out in a crowded market.
4.) It can be used to illustrate the benefits of your products or services and demonstrate their value to potential customers.
5.) Storytelling can help to build trust and credibility with your audience, which is essential for building long-term customer relationships.
6.) It can be used to create a sense of community and belonging among your customers, which can foster loyalty and support for your brand.
7.) Storytelling can help to increase customer engagement and retention, as it encourages customers to connect with your brand on a deeper level.
8.) It can be used to generate positive word-of-mouth and social media buzz, which can help to drive more traffic and sales for your business.
9.) Storytelling can help to create a unique and compelling narrative for your brand, which can be used to differentiate your IP from others in the marketplace.
I think it's pretty clear that storytelling is an essential tool for any brand seeking to build a strong identity and connect with their audience on a deeper level.
Not only does it allow you to communicate your values and unique selling points in an engaging way, but it also helps you stand out from the competition and build trust and credibility with your customers.
If you're not using storytelling as part of your marketing strategy, I would highly recommend giving it a try.
