I'll be at the Figma for Edu booth (#1312) on Monday and Tuesday and would LOVE to meet anyone who is there! Hello everyone and happy almost 2024! I have a fun and exciting vlog to share with y'all to get ready for the New Year... I chat about my goals, share a NEW personal digital planner, do some decluttering, and more... I can't wait for you to see it! Unfortunately, I'm currently in a Bedouin camp in Jordan celebrating my 10th anniversary with Mr. Pocketful of Primary (aka Billy) and have minimal service and access to wifi so the video is going to be a little late. I wanted to give you a heads up that my video tomorrow will focus on how I track my macros which involves measuring my food and calculating protein, carbs, and fats (which ultimately means tracking calories too). If you are currently dealing with or have had disordered eating patterns in the past, it's probably best to skip this video if it doesn't fit your journey 🖤 Ultimately, I know that eating behaviors are extremely personal and I'm only sharing mine because I get a lot of questions and know people are curious. Obviously words are not enough. Thoughts and prayers are not enough. My heart breaks for the victims, their families, the Uvalde community, and all the members of the educational community who have been and will continue to be affected by this terrible tragedy.
