Why is the ARMS DEALER the leg? I know in the OG toys he could be an arm or leg but why is Swindle usually a leg? I feel like being an arm would make more sense.

Rewatching the WFC Trilogy, why did Arcee see Cog when everyone was seeing people they cared about or were close with? I’m not complaining(more screen time for my GOAT) but, why Cog of all bots? Why not someone like Moonracer? Why did Arcee hallucinations Cog?
