If you buy a lease you must split the royalties with me equally (50:50) by adding me as a collaborator on whichever distribution service you use (Distrokid, Ditto, etc) and add me to the publishing split also.

If my beat has a sample in it you must take responsibility for clearing the sample yourself, i do not take responsibility for clearing any samples.
