We all know Temu is scummy, but holy crap I have just run into the scummiest thing of all time with them.
Long story short, they had a promotion where if you spent $800 on items from a list, you’d get 3 items from another list for $.01 each (so I was supposed to get a Switch and 2 games for a grand total of $.03, after spending $800 on other items).
Anyways, I found an $800 item that looked interesting for a video, so I bought it. And then it let me buy the Switch and 2 games for $.03.
All was good, until I woke up this morning, a full day after placing the orders, and they had CANCELLED MY $.03 ORDER. And I bet you can guess what happens next… they did NOT cancel my $800 order 😂😂
Just making me pay $800 to get some super cheap items, and then cancelling the super cheap items.
Just straight up committing fraud. Can’t say I’m surprised, but man Temu never ceases to amaze me. I’ll have to make a video about it at some point.
Btw ive contacted customer service and they just said “sorry” lol

This seems to have become a thing during the dkoldies saga back in early 2023, but it's wild that we're here in 2025 and I still have people claiming I'm lying and faking my videos 😂

Some of it must stem from the handful of April Fools videos we've made - I personally do not understand how someone could watch our cheesy april fools videos and somehow think they were real (also the description says it's an april fools joke), but here we are lol.

Anyway, I'm hoping this post reaches some of you that have taken the april fools videos, or whatever else, too seriously - I'm here to tell you that I do not fake my videos, if you seriously think I'm faking the unboxing and testing of VIDEO GAME CONSOLES... I'm sorry but you're in too deep 😭


The reality is that it's not very hard to get crappy used consoles. There are an abundance of bad sellers in the video game space.
