Don’t focus on “creating content”

Focus on helping your audience

“I only have 100 subs”

The math behind monetizing small audiences:

2,000 subscribers × $3 revenue per sub monthly × 12 months = $72,000 yearly

That's with a "tiny" list.

Stop complaining about your small audience. Start creating more offers.

Stop chasing 100k followers.

You need:

2,000 email subscribers

→ A problem you solve extremely well

→ 3-4 products that build on each other

That's how I built a $12k/month business with a "tiny" audience.

Your small email list isn't the problem. Your lack of offers is.

Many people who create content get it backwards.

They chase likes, followers, or views on social media.

But in reality, they're climbing a ladder that’s leaning against the wrong wall.

Profitable content creation goes back to one thing:

Building an email list with an audience that trusts you and to which you're making regular offers.

You don't need to be famous.

You don't need to go viral.

All you need is to build an authentic relationship with your readers.

Start small.

Start, even if it’s messy.

Start, even when it’s hard.

Start with what you've got.

Start, even if you’re afraid.

Start, even if doubt creeps in.

Start when you're out of excuses.

Start, even if it doesn’t feel perfect.

Start when no one’s cheering you on.

Just start.

10 rules to improve your writing with AI (without losing your soul):

Let's get started 👇

1. Fix your mindset → AI assists, doesn't replace you

2. Get the right tools → Pay for ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro ($20/mo)

3. Build a content library first → Feed AI your best content first

4. Master outlines → Structure your piece before prompting

5. Think first → You're the thinker, AI is the typer

6. Add emotions → List audience pains & desires

7. Tell stories → Share YOUR experiences only

8. Develop a unique writing style → So that your voice stands out

9. Find templates → The fastest way to write interesting content

10. Edit everything → Never post raw AI output

The tech is amazing (if used right.)

It's time for you to:

→ Spend less time chained to your screen

→ Brainstorming new ideas

→ Create better content

One pattern I’ve noticed in 99% of creators who fail:
They overthink and underact.
Here's how I escaped the cold & dark dungeon of overthinking 👇

1️⃣ Overthinking = Fear

You overthink because you're scared of failure.

And you know what?

You'll probably fail on your first attempts.

That's normal.

So stop dramatizing failure. It's the natural learning process.

2️⃣ Action is the best way to learn

You didn't learn to walk in a textbook.

Instead, you saw your parents walking and wanted to mimic them.

You squished on your butt 100s of time until you mastered the skill.

Conclusion = You'll learn more by doing than by studying.

3️⃣ There's a cost in doing nothing

The opportunity cost of not doing something is bigger than simply doing it and dealing with the consequences.

You could think about something for weeks or months.

But simply getting it out there and seeing it thrive (or die) takes a few days.

Stop wasting your time on assumptions.

4️⃣ Practice ⇢ Clarity

We’re good at running 492 scenarios in our heads.

"Should I do this or that?"

Answer: Start doing 1 thing and silence that voice in your head.

Practice leads to clarity.

5️⃣ Complicated = Procrastination

Writing and making money ain't complex.

You don't need to morph into a marketing wizard to make 6-figures a year.

Focus on:

- 1 audience

- 1 platform

- 1 offer

The more complicated something is the more you're going to procrastinate.

Keep things simple.

6️⃣ The answer is always in the market

You can not predict what's going to work and what's not.

Because it's simply not your job.

Your audience knows better.

So all you have to do is to put things out there and see what works and what does not.

7️⃣ Stop taking yourself too seriously.

Nobody's going to watch every video you publish.

Nobody's going to read every article you post.

Nobody's going to read every email you send.

People are busy.

They have to deal with their own shit.

So...

Take things easy, have fun & progress as you go.
