Loan refinancing is one of my major goals at the moment. I took this loan last year being under a huge stress of trying to save my father from his alchohol addiction, dealing with the betrayal of my family of origin and my own professional crisis as well as trying to buy an appartment. Taking into account the fact that I was self-employed and we were going through an economic crisis, I didn't have very many good options. Well, in fact, I had none. So, I took a loan with a high interest rate. This month I've realised I put on a heavy load on my shoulders, and I need to refinance it.
Working on my loan refinancing, I was wondering what could be a desirable outcome for me in this situation. I listened to my heart and I wrote a personal brutally honest prayer to God. The answer I received was quite unexpected and is now live in my private blog: boosty.to/kr_ilina 💌

For the last two weeks, I've been trying to recover from a fibromyalgia flare-up. Grieving the loss of my father and other relatives' abandonment and betrayal was my last straw. I had little energy to do anything. All I could think about was the physical pain, and I wondered how I ended up where I am right now. How did I end up being physically and mentally drained? I had to do a lot of thinking because the pain was way too loud. So loud I couldn't ignore it anymore. So, I had to sit down and listen to myself.
Among many sad and painful memories were the memories of living in Moscow and studying at university. Looking at the photos from that period, all I could remember was pain and the feeling of being lost. I was looking for a deeper meaning in all the wrong places. That's why I wrote a letter to my younger self to let her know that everything she's going through has a higher purpose. You can read it here boosty.to/kr_ilina

My faith is being tested like never before. Am I going to be faithful when the Lord takes the people I love? Am I going to be patient when the Lord’s assignment requires more sacrifices than rewards? Am I going to stay peaceful when the enemy seems to be winning? Going through a dark season of life is hard and painful. Sometimes what I prayed for is just to make another hour. And yet, there’s hope and light at the end of the tunnel. GOD LOVES YOU.
