What happens when a rental property turns into a total nightmare? 🚪😷
The tenant stopped paying rent. While the guarantor company covered the missing cash, taking back possession of the property revealed the real nightmare: the absolute state of the house. In today’s video, you’ll see the exact condition of the property, the shocking interior, and my frantic attempt to scrub out the smell before it gets any worse. We even brought in a contractor to see if this place can be saved or if we should pivot and turn it into an AkiyaHub studio.
