This week on Vaudrey's Classics, things don't quite go to plan on this Hillman Minx. Hopefully you guys still love the video and let me know your thoughts...
Thanks to all the new watchers and subscribers from the Singer video, and to everyone who has bought some cool T shirts! Really appreciate the support!
Keep an eye out this weekend for the next adventure! Alex
We’ve got something proper rare in the workshop for the next video!
Can you tell what it might be??
A customer brought in a gorgeous 1950s roadster after hitting a wall trying to fix a non-start issue himself. But finding the real problem was far from straightforward—this diagnosis threw up a massive "red herring" fault that had me properly stumped for a minute! Did I manage to see past the trick fault and get this forgotten British classic fired up and running again, or did the mystery win? Keep your eyes peeled, the new video is dropping very soon—get the kettle on! 🛠️🚗💨
Honestly, a ridiculous huge massive THANKS to all the new subscribers and viewers that have got me to another little milestone of mine.
To think I started this year with 1k subs, and in 6 months managed to get to 6000 is unbelievable!!!
I know its not THAT many in the grand scheme of YouTube, but the fact I can make videos that help people fix stuff, make them laugh, or bring a bit of entertainment, is exactly why i started doing it in the first place.
More awesome videos coming soon once the workshop has calmed down with the mid summer rush!
Yes guys! Its been a while since an upload (apologies!!), it has been super busy in the workshop as you can imagine at this time of year.
But fear not! I have a couple of cool things coming in soon that will make some awesome viewing!
In the meantime, look out for a fresh steering wheel restoration my dad did recently, currently uploading to the second channel @VaudreysV2@VaudreysV2@VaudreysV2
The results are amazing on this one!
Thanks for the comments, likes and continued support everyone!
Something isn't quite right with this MGB GT... I’ve been chasing a frustrating misfire lately and at first glance, I was certain it was just a simple fix, but as it turns out, the car had a different plan for me. I finally managed to track down the real culprit, and it’s definitely not what I expected. New video dropping soon! Can you guess what the issue was? Drop your theories in the comments! 👇
Just a sneak peek of whats coming very soon! I replace a Classic Mini exhaust system with a few troubles along the way, as well as comparing the old exhaust to a nice new RC40 system!
Keep an eye out for the video, its currently uploading and will be released very soon! Its a good one!
Dont forget guys! Tomorrow 9AM! Im REALLY excited to share the new video on the garage find MGB GT. Im extremely proud of this one, I had so much fun making it and cant wait to see what you think. Alex
Hello! I hope everyone is enjoying the new video on swapping out the Ferrari 355 springs!
Another awesome thing happened today, the MGB GT has arrived ready for its recommissioning, which is gonna be an awesome resurrection video. Im super excited to get started and will make sure i cover everything from start up to driving for the first time!
Thanks for watching everyone, it means the world to me.
After what feels like a lifetime of rain, we finally got a glimmer of sunshine yesterday. I managed to snap this "arty" shot of a car waiting for collection—but can anyone tell me exactly what it is?
With spring approaching, it’s officially time to get the classics out of hibernation! My show season kicks off at the Gawsworth Hall Classic Car Show. I’ll be there all day alongside my good friend (and owner of the Hall), Rupert.
It’s an incredible event with hundreds of cars parked in the gardens of a stunning 15th-century manor. I’ll be helping out and catching up with owners, so if you see me wandering around, please come say hello and let's have a chat!
Grab your tickets HERE and bring your car along for a wonderful day out!
New MYSTERY FAULT coming tomorrow morning at 9.30AM! That's 2 videos this week, including the second channel, you lucky so-and-so's! Im really proud of this video, I had great fun making it. I hope you lot enjoy it too.
Check out @VaudreysV2 if you missed the steering wheel resto.
Who can name the exact make and model of this broken classic just from the shape?
