I'm Sakshi Patel based in Ahmedabad, practising meditation for the past 15 years.Nowadays our life is full of stress, tension and this impacts our daily activities. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to practice meditation regularly. Meditation allows your soul to focus on your divine self , develop connection with God, and detaches you from all worldly things resulting in a harmony between body and soul.
It is a must for people suffering from anxiety and depression to meditate daily for 15-20 mins. Meditation enhances energy gain from inner sources.
By making meditation a routine, our consciousness develops and gradually you will reach a point of highest consciousness.
We focus on the soul's primary need which is Supreme peace or Paramshanti as taught by our revered Guru, Bapuji Dashrathbhai Patel. Our main Youtube channel Bapuji Dashrathbhai Patel has more than 2,500 videos on various topics of spirituality and meditation.
