Most people don’t find Guided by Joy because everything is going great. Usually something hurts, you’re tired, grieving, worried, overwhelmed, or your mind just won’t shut up.
I get it. When life gets heavy, I run to Jesus.
I created this channel because sometimes I think God may lead us through the dark so we can finally see the light that was there all along. I needed faith spoken to me in a way that felt real, so that’s what I create here.
I tell Bible stories the way I needed to hear them, from the teller’s perspective, through Gospel Girl Confessions. You’ll also find 100-Word Christian Prayers, Night Prayers for anxiety and sleep, personal testimony, Scripture, Christian worship and soaking music.
I’m not here because I have faith figured out. I’m here because I keep needing Jesus too.
