Thank you for coming to Charlotte and highlighting exactly what took place that tragic night when that stunning Ukrainian young lady lost her life when it absolutely could and should HAVE be stopped . Why does a jUDGE let go a monster who had been diagnosed w/ schizophrenia &HAS 15 warrants out in less than 3 years OUT on BAIL!?!? Why Charlotte why ? Living here 36 years . DA’s, judges, prosecutors, MAYOR, city and county managers. Charlotte Mecklenburg Police department ALL are to blame they all are! Crime has never -ever been as deadly as it is today . Kids (25 and under) are getting away with reckless driving . Running from officers !? Well ,governor JOSH STEIN don’t even care !?
