"Hi, my name is Susy Porter, and I help women heal their inner child.
Sexual abuse is one of the oldest wounds of the human race. The most damaging thing was the secrecy and the shame, which created this inner emotional set point of self-loathing, insecurity, and depression. It's all of that that creates the self-saboteur.
I'm here on YouTube not just to tell my story. It's about your story, it's about our story, it's about healing the human race, it's about healing this wound of incest and sexual abuse. Healing is possible. Having the intention to heal and having the intention to be happy was my North Star, always my GPS that has pulled me through decades of depression, pain, and a lot of melodrama in my relationships with men. There was this force inside me that kept pulling me forward.
In my early life, it was church and the Bible college and that Christian zeal, and then it was therapy when I was 26, and then when I moved to LA and went to A Course in Miracles lecture and found Marianne Williamson, that opened up the whole world of metaphysics for me. Healing is possible, but you gotta want it.
I just want to say again, healing is possible. But you gotta want it. You have to believe that you're worthy of it and that you deserve it. I think a lot of the work in the beginning is getting to this place of worthiness. You are worthy of love and peace and healthy, happy relationships and prosperity, and a healthy body, a healthy mind, a healthy heart. Miracles are your birthright. I'm doing it, and you can do it too. I wish you love peace, and miracles."
