Hi I'm Jacqie!
I'm an IVF mom in my 30s, who loves vlogging my real life while I share thoughts about books I'm currently reading.
I love reading psychological thrillers, dark memoirs, moral dilemmas, and I'm starting to dip my toes into historical fiction. I own a little free library that I keep stocked full of books, drink a ton of coffee, and stay at home with my daughter. I borrow most of my books from the library or use Libby to listen to audiobooks or read on my kindle.
I keep a clean home and absolutely love organizing. I have a Culinary Arts degree and really enjoy cooking things from scratch, especially comfort foods. I started doing toy rotations for my daughter when she was about 9 months old, and I also want to homeschool in the future. I'd love for you to subscribe as I share my life as a first time mom.

A friend was asking about my skincare routine, and I was shocked myself when I showed her before and afters! I've always had nice skin, but once I weaned Alice, my hormones went crazy and I developed really bad rosacea. This past April I started working on a basic skincare routine (I only ever washed my face with water), and I'm so happy with my results in such a short time! The after pictures I only have on mascara and a lip tint (plus the skincare routine below!)
AM:
- rinse with water
- vanicream vit c serum
- vanicream daily facial moisturizer
- relief sun organic Korean sunscreen
PM:
- cleanse with micellar water and cerave facial cleanser
- cerave retinol on mon/thur
- the ordinary azelaic acid (except mon/thur)
- vanicream daily facial moisturizer

I'm considering hiring a part-time video editor for my YouTube channel! π₯ππ
As many of you know, I juggle motherhood, homeschooling, my bakery, bookish content, and life in general. I'd love to create more videos, but editing is often the thing that slows me down.
I'm looking for someone who can help edit cozy lifestyle vlogs, reading content, bakery videos, and other motherhood/lifestyle content. My editing style is pretty simple and relaxed, I don't need anything flashy, just someone who can help bring the videos together while keeping them feeling like me.
If you're a video editor (or know someone who is), please send me an email Jacqiewheeleryt@gmail.com with:
β’ Examples of your work
β’ Your rates
β’ Typical turnaround time
Bonus points if you're already part of this community and familiar with my channel! β€οΈ

Exactly one year apart (age 34 and age 33).
Turns out taking care of myself, moving my body, and losing 50 pounds can make a pretty big difference. β¨

Daily vlogs start in June! I've missed you all so much, and I can't wait to show you daily life in the new house, going to the beach, my weightloss, activities with Alice, and even future IVF plans! What's something you want to see in my June Daily Vlogs?

This is kind of embarrassing to post, but I want to motivate others who need it! I was rewatching a vlog from my highest weight, and I could not believe that's what I looked like! I feel like I was blind to just how much weight I had gained through IVF and being postpartum, and I feel like I don't even remember that being me. Comparing it to me this week, I'm actually in shock by the difference.
I'm a few pounds away from hitting 50lbs down, and it has taken me 1.5 years of hard work and dedication. It's a constant battle of working out, eating correctly, and staying on the path. Recently, I've really become proud of how far I've come (even with a pregnancy and loss last year at this time π), because seeing these old photos of me makes me realize that I DID THAT. I went from a size 18, XL to a size 8/10, M/L. I started and had the discipline, and now I'm able to enjoy this summer at goal weight or close to it (only 10-15 more pounds to go!). If I would have kept putting it off, I'd still look like this, or be even bigger. Don't wait to start!
Also, a HUGE thank you to the YMCA because this is the first time in my life that I'm a consistent workout girlie, going on over a year strong. πͺ I love going to Body Pump and Mixxed Fit, so definitely check out those classes if you've been looking for something fun and motivating! Body Pump has helped me with muscle growth and strength and it makes me look like I lost way more than 50lbs (and I'm stronger than I've ever been).
